Services
Whitehall Animal Hospital was established in 1987 by Dr Suzanne Terrant as a small animal veterinary hospital. Since that time we have grown into a two doctor practice with over 45 years of medical and surgical experience to better service our clients and their pets. Dr Anne Duffus began working at the practice in the summer of 1992 while a senior student at the Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr Anne Duffus has been working in the field of Veterinary Medicine since 1986 as a Veterinary Assistant/ Hospital Manager of The Cat Hospital of Denver in Denver, CO. Prior to that time Dr Duffus worked in the banking industry as a management consultant and Banking Officer. Dr Duffus believes in focusing on preventative health care for the well being of your pets.
At Whitehall Animal Hospital, you can expect state of the art medical care for your four-legged companions. We believe in nurturing the human-animal bond and creating a harmonious relationship between people and animals. You can expect to be greeted by a courteous receptionist, clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, and caring technicians.
Have peace of mind knowing that your pets are staying in the care of an animal hospital with a veterinarian should they fall ill while boarding. We have a complete boarding facility for both cats and dogs. The dog area is equipped with small, medium, and large cages and larger runs for large breed dogs.
Our groomers are highly trained. They are used to working with a variety of breeds and species. They know and understand the different breed standards, though they will groom your pets any way you like. To give all of our clients the very best grooming services in a timely fashion, we schedule grooming by appointments only.

My sweet kitty Fae had to have a pretty major surgery to remove breast cancer lumps. While I was very upset (who wouldn't be) at the news everyone was very caring and empathetic as we worked through the steps to take (up to this point). I was given information for Care Credit to help with the unexpected costs which was very helpful in my case. With all they have in-house I can easily say this was affordable given the complex process of the surgery, shots, medication, X-rays, exams and comprehensive care. As a grandkid of a Veterinarian, I feel more than confident in Dr. Duffus.

My furbaby Leisel wasn’t feeling well I called every vet in Reynoldsburg and no one could get her in so I called Whitehall Animal Hospital and they could get her in the next day. I didn’t want to face how bad she really was, I was hoping for an antibiotic and some ear drops or something but it was just her time to move on. Everyone there was so kind and compassionate, they made one of the worse days of my life better than it could have been. Thank each and every one of you, I appreciate you more than I can express in words.

My first experience at the Whitehall Animal Hospital was great. The staff and the veterinarian were communicative and prompt. I took my first fur baby in and they answered any questions I had and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I was very happy with the service and their kindness. I will continue to use them for my fur baby's care!

I attempted to take my rescued dog to this clinic for routine vaccines and deworming. He left even more traumatized than he already was and I left absolutely livid. After the employee dragged my pet toward the building by a rope around his neck, I was told I would not be able to enter the building with him. We have been taking our dog here for two years now and we really like our vet Dr. Ann. She is very compassionate and loving to our dog and very understanding. Our dog does not always do well with strangers and Dr. Ann understands and takes it slow with our dog. I love that we do not have to leave the room while our dog is being examined. The staff has always been super helpful and very good to our dog. We live in an apartment complex and fleas in our back yards in the entire complex have been out of control. Whitehall Animal Hospital is a fantastic small local veterinary clinic. Right from the beginning, they made an effort to make us feel like part of a family community. My 7 year old pup just had 2 surgeries done at Whitehall Animal hospital and I am a customer for life. The vet was so nice and explained everything, including the estimate and procedures. You can tell everyone here absolutely loves and is passionate about their jobs. I've had 1 horrible and 1 just ok experience with local vets and SO happy I found them!
