Very Bad reception
Update : the receptionist did not explain that way when I walked in . What happened was I got a call from your recipientist who was not sure if the doctor is available at 11:30am. She asked to put me on 1:30 pm appointment. I don't know if she did or not. I said if I can't make it for 1:30 pm appointment, I would call 15 min earlier. Then I went at 1:30 pm . I didn't call. Why would I call ? Call for what? The 11:30 am appointment should have been cancelled if no doctor there. The receiption lie that she didn't tell me on the phone the doctor might not be there at 11:30. I do

A few days ago I had a dental emergency. I tried to contact a few dentists with no success due to the corona virus. My friends recommended to contact Dr. Ovcharenko. So I made an appointment. I agree with my friends that this doctor is very professional, friendly and caring. He did a great job for me. Also I like his office - very clean and spacious.
