I had my first massage here after the holidays by Jennifer. Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She really listened to what areas I wanted to work on and explained some things for me since I haven’t had many massages prior. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful and it is extremely clean and inviting. Can’t wait to see Jennifer again soon!

Just had a massage at Urban Oasis, it was perfection. COVID protocols made me feel very comfortable. Thought it would be challenging to wear a mask while face down but as soon as the massage started I forgot I was wearing a mask.
Will definitely be going back soon!

Had an amazing pre-natal massage with Danielle. I loved how the tables had a cut out to support your stomach, and that you were also able to lay propped up on your back. So comfortable, and nice because most other prenatal massages have you lay on your back.

I love coming here! I had a great massage with Martir and have had other therapists in the past that were all lovely. It is very cleanly and they are very cautious about making everyone feel safe. All the therapists are professional and will cater the massage to whatever you are looking for. I felt super comfortable going here (everyone wears masks the whole time) and would recommend it to anyone!

If you're looking for a high quality, professional massage - Urban Oasis is it! The staff is incredibly attentive to detail and you feel taken care of from the minute your foot hits the door. I especially appreciate the safety protocols in light of COVID. I am confident you could book a massage with any provider and have a 5-star experience. Nice massage place tucked on the corner of North Ave. It's a welcoming and professional environment. The room is on the larger side. Michelle did my massage and she was excellent. Strong pressure and while keeping it relaxing. Would recommend.

I had a great experience recently getting a prenatal massage. The massage therapist, Kim, did a great job explaining how the massage would go before starting, talking through any areas of tension with me, and explaining areas she'd avoid and why due to pregnancy. It was a comfortable and relaxing experience. They even have a special table designed for pregnant women with a hole in it for your "bump."

First and foremost, I want to thank the owner, Peter Rubnitz, for extending the expiration date of my gift certificate due to the pandemic. He was very prompt in responding and courteous each time I reached out. Peter sets the standard of first-class customer service before I set my foot inside. Simply superb!

They take COVID-19 precautions seriously. I had my temperature checked upon arrival and hand sanitizer was placed all over. A plastic bin was provided to me for my personal belongings to take to the massage room with me. The waiting area was clean and showcased retail products such as lotions

Went to Urban Oasis for the first time this past weekend, and had a great experience. I hadn't had a massage since the beginning of COVID, and safety is always a key concern these days. That said, I was immediately put at ease by the safety protocols (temperature check, hand sanitizer everywhere, bins for clothing to avoid shared surfaces) and the staff.

As an aside (this would usually be the bulk of the review!) the massage I had with Jennifer was fantastic, and I'd highly recommend her!

Amazing. Definitely a bit expensive, but worth it for a treat! My husband gifted me a birthday massage with Tayo and he did amazing. Pressure was perfect and he checked in that it was comfortable throughout the massage. He gave me the best massage I have EVER had and I have had quite a few over the years. Highly recommend him!

I risked going here during COVID-19 bc my lower back has been killing me. This was my first time visiting. They had late appointments available to accommodate my work schedule AND were kind enough to accommodate me when I was late bc of a work call.

It felt clean and had well thought out precautions. My back feels so much less tense now. They have really nice staff that made this a very pleasant experience. I'll definitely return!

I was at Urban Oasis on Sunday and I am going back this afternoon for another appointment. I feel safer going here than I would going to sit indoors at a restaurant. By the way I have not gone inside a restaurant yet. A friend said it perfectly, if someone is going to do it right its Urban Oasis!. Peter Rubinitz and his staff are following protocol and setting a high standard in sanitation of their spa. I have been going to the Maple street location for 27 years and now I followed them to North Avenue which has also has a beautiful decor and a peaceful environment. So if you need to let go

I came to Urban Oasis for a prenatal massage. Upon check in I greeted the women at the front desk with a smile and said hello. All she said back to me was "are you checking in? What's your name?" She was very soft spoken (almost sounded tired and annoyed), had no inflection in her voice, and a stern face.

Then she asked if it was my first time there which I had to ask her to repeat the question 3 times bc I couldn't hear her. She finally said it louder with tons of attitude. As a first timer here I did not feel welcome and she made the whole experience uncomfortable.

I've had two prenatal massages with Olly and both have been fantastic. She's very kind, professional, and most importantly a great massage therapist. She's so attentive to making sure you're comfortable, both times I've seen her I've been so relaxed I've fallen asleep!

Wonderful and worth the price especially with coupon (see yelp checkin). Came for the first time last week for a prenatal massage. Booked a day in advance and didn't have an issue. Zoe was amazing. I told her I liked firm pressure and she took that to heart the entire massage!

The rain shower after was perfect, with one complaint. When I booked, the receptionist told me the showers were fully stocked. I took that to mean face wash also. It didn't. Would have been helpful for the receptionist to mention that so I didn't come out of the shower looking like a panda from my mascara

I had a prenatal massage at 40 weeks and 2 days. My goal was to try to induce my labor (with relaxation). Laurie was absolutely amazing as she specializes in this field and reflexology. Within an hour I was having contractions and delivered my baby the next morning.
