Established in 1988, Nam Hung Supermarket and Southern Bay Seafood, Inc. has steadily grown to become one of the premier Asian food importers/distributors in the DFW area. Southern Bay imports thousands of dried foods and seafood from Thailand, Taiwan, Panama, Ecuador, Hong Kong, etc.
At SB Food Depot, we sell aisles and aisles of international products including American, Hispanic, Thai, Laos, Vietnamese, Filipino, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. As we continue to expand, Southern Bay Seafood Inc. has opened up a 70,000 sq foot wholesale cash & carry location conveniently in central Arlington.

SB Food Depot is a family owned business. We founded Southern Bay Seafood & Wholesale in 1987 and it has been one of the most trusted wholesaler in Texas and across the US. We later opened Nam Hung Supermarket selling fresh produce, meat and groceries to our local community in Arlington, TX. The new girl with bleached hair working there is not very respectful towards customers. A lady old enough to be her mother was trying her best to ask for some help in English, since the girl doesn't know Vietnamese, but instead of being polite and patient, she got rude and snappy with the poor lady. I get that you're young and that people might just have their off days, but it's no excuse to put it out towards customers. Saying sorry, please and thank you are simple things that can go a long way anywhere you go.

Very bad customer services. My wife bought a rice cooker last Sunday, 9/27/2020. They told her that she can return the product within 30 day. My wife used it for the first time next day I found out the lid didn't completely closed. She called SB Food Depot and was told that she couldn't return it because she used the product, even just one time. I'd like to alert you all. Stay away from this business.

I've shopped here plenty of time.. great for bulk buys, But recently they messed up and charged 700 dollars worth of goods and they where not in any hurry to help get my money back. After agreeing to return to the store which is over an hour drive away the next day they still say there is no transaction and I need to give them 3 to 4 more days to see if they can help. Poor customer service they did not waste any time to put their goods back on the shelf after taking my money.

The second time, I have gone to the store looking for the same item. I was able to locate an open bag but couldn't locate the full boxes. I went to the cashier to ask for assistance because there was a language barrier with floor associate. I was told "we helped you already". I just walked out and won't be returning.
