Living here has been the best experience. Molly who works in their office does an excellent job at making sure everything gets done and she is very friendly and kind. All of the residence are very nice as well. The environment is very welcoming. Haven’t had any bad issues at all. I totally recommend living here.

I absolutely love it here. Molly is truly out of this world amazing. She definitely cares about the residents and always go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. The residents are so kind and respectful. Being new to an area that you’re not familiar with, Molly and the residents makes you feel comfortable and welcomes you with open arms. Definitely couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!!

It has been an absolute pleasure living in Ridge oaks apartments. There is a great sense of community, Molly and Aly transform this place from an apartment complex into a home. Today there was hot chocolate and carmel apple for all the tenants, it was awesome. This is a great place to live for anyone, and especially for those with pets. Molly is so nice.

Ridge oaks Apartment
We lived in this apartment for one year and throughout the year that we lived there, at winter time we were dealing with molds at the walls, windows, around the air conditioners. My kids were having a running nose all the time because of the mold. We got tired of reporting the mold, so every week I have to clean up all these places with bleach. One that even upset me was that, when we were moving out, all my Luggages and clothes close to the wall were full of mold. The hallway always smells. Every little noise that you make inside your apartment comes out. You can't even have

I've lived at Ridge Oaks a little over a year and have had a great experience. Sonya and Mary in the office have been incredibly helpful and timely with any questions I have. I also love that the property is dog friendly, has a swimming pool, lots of green space for walking, pretty trees and an exercise room! My building is quiet, clean and very comfortable! I would recommend this apt complex to my friends.
