I had two goals when I started working out: lose weight and strengthen the muscles that support my knees. I lost 80 pounds and my knees no longer hurt when I use the stairs. As the name says, we've been "fixed by fitness!" My elbow, shoulder and hamstring feel great. My girlfriend's frozen shoulder has regained nearly 100% mobility.

No surgery, no painful rehab -- just working out intelligently. This is so much more than "personal training" - in every wonderful way. If you're like me and not really the personal trainer type, but want to be strong, fit, and healthy, this is just perfect. We're the fitness program you didn't know you needed.

We offer 25, 50, or 75 minute sessions, so whether you need a quick fix or extensive work, we can help!

The words personal trainer and gym were for ‘other people’. Then I had a bout with pretty severe knee pain and had ‘graduated’ from physical therapy but wanted to continue on my path to wellness and avoid that happening again. That was about 2 years ago. My bottle of aleve wonders what happened. It only gets rare access now. I had a free consultation with Steve at FXF then we started working together. I feel stronger, more stable and confident in doing regular activities without that little voice saying ‘be careful you don’t want to hurt like that again’ nagging me in the background

Love what they are doing here…the name says it all, fixed by fitness. As someone who has trained with Steve for the military and for personal health, I can tell you they know what they are doing here. They specifically serve people with health and physical challenges, which is one of the reason I see Steve. The place is always clean, professional, and well staffed. I would highly recommend!

I first learned of FxF through my neighborhood site, Sweet Clover. I was having difficulty walking up and down stairs due to a past injury and maintaining my balance. I knew I didn’t want to go to a Gym since I didn’t know what results I would be getting on my own or possibly suffering injury. I made an appointment to check out FxF and was greeted by Keegan Hanks. What sold me on FxF was Keegan’s knowledge of muscle movement and strengthening. His patience and cheering me on afterwards was icing on the cake. I am 62 years Young and feel better than when I was 61 years old. I feel my muscle

I have been working with Erin Price for about 2 years now, and I cannot say enough good things about the benefits of our workouts the past 2 years. I have become stronger, healthier, and watching my progress has kept me motivated. Erin customizes workouts for me, and modifies as needed. She knows my limits better than I do sometimes and the 1:1 time has helped me feel confident to ask questions and ensure I am doing the exercises properly to not get hurt. I would highly recommend Erin!

Steve is THE BEST. I've been working out with him for almost a year and I've gotten so much stronger and healthier in a short period of time. He designs workouts that are fun and challenging, and he pays attention to all aspects of fitness, not just exercise. He's given me really great advice on nutrition and how to be well the rest of the week when we're not working out together. And he's extremely knowledgable and able to work around my rogue injuries, and gave me great stretches for my carpal tunnel. If I could, I'd give Fixed by Fitness 6 stars.

I’ve continued working out with Steve for five years because he is incredible at what he does. His workouts allow me to lead my best life.

Erin Price is a devoted trainer! I've been working with her for multiple years - since the Fall of 2016. Not only is she knowledgeable about getting your body into shape but she is a great listener. She can adapt any workout to meet your personal needs. My time with her has been rewarding and empowering. I am the strongest I've ever been and exercising has become a fun hobby rather than a chore. We've been training with Steve for 6 months. We were both dealing with injuries that prevented us from being able to train fully, participate in weekend sports, etc.
As the name says, we've been "fixed by fitness"! My elbow, shoulder and hamstring are feeling great. My girlfriend's frozen shoulder has regained nearly 100% mobility. With Steve, there was no surgery, no painful rehab -- just working out intelligently, improving muscular deficiencies, and getting fit!

Both trainers I've worked with at Fixed by Fitness listened to my concerns and created personalized, focused plans to help me get back in shape without risking additional injury. The appointment-only facility is clean and bright. I always feel like my workouts are worth my time and money. From what I've observed, all are welcome from those with specific mobility concerns to those like me who are looking to get back in/stay in shape to competitive athletes.

I am really enjoying my personal training sessions with Steve. He is attentive and actively listens to my physical limitations and goals. He makes the training sessions new and personal each time.
Steve as a trainer has been super flexible with scheduling and is helping me set realistic goals. This is an excellent place for highly skilled/educated personal training!! I look forward to seeing more changes in my strength & fitness.
