I had a very scary unfortunate experience. My prior representation wasn’t doing anything close to what was done for me here at this law firm. I was facing some serious charges . I got them basically dropped with an agreement to do two days of classes. I was facing trial , scared to death. Mr. Foos worked with me financially so that I was able to retain his expertise. I wouldn't recommend using Rachel Renno. I have legal insurance through my employer, so it covers the legal fees except the filing fees. The legal issue was with a airline company that was out of the country. She billed the legal insurance 5 hours of service at her rate. If you know California small claims form it can take an average person to pre-fill a online form no more than 20 minutes. I did all the research for her, providing the registered agent in another state . As an attorney she has more access that someone in the public. I told her the name of the company, I used the abbreviation

I had a horrible experience with Rachel Renno a lawyer with this firm. We had an 11:00 phone appointment that she was late for, she called me back at 11:27. When she got on the line we had an hour long free consultation, she was rude, condescending and uncaring and had me off of the phone within 3 minutes.
