My passion for leading a healthy lifestyle started years ago when I took my first outdoor boot camp class. It inspired me to pursue a career in fitness, obtain my personal training certificate, and teach my own boot camp classes. From there, my desire evolved into focusing on nutrition as well, and I went on to earn my certification as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Muscles Worked: This is truly a full body stabilization move. In which your shoulders down to your heels are activated or engaged. How: A basic plank is in the video, from beginner to more progress. Before I worked with Alexis, I had no idea some of the inner work I needed to do. There was quiet the awakening!! I thoroughly enjoy everything about this program. Alexis is disarming, knowledgeable, and friendly. Alexis knows a ton about nutrition and physical fitness but her true value I feel lies beyond that. Her Aligning with Alexis program is eye opening. She is so emotionally intelligent and I'm pretty sure I've learned more and applied more of what she has taught me to my life than in 15 years of therapy (on and off). She is approachable, disarming and really provides a safe space to learn and grow as a human. I often tell her how I want to carry her around in my pocket and pull her out when I need her.
