We are home of the original spin + strength class. This group classes features 30 minutes of cycling PLUS 30 minutes of strength training. You get a spin PLUS a strength class all in one hour! The strength portion is different every class, using different equipment and attacking the body in a different way! We are proud to be 100% local, 100% Tucson, which means we really know how to SWEAT. We live downtown, work downtown, eat downtown and play downtown and now we SWEAT downtown.
Services
SPIN + STRENGTH - 30 minutes of cycling PLUS 30 minutes of strength training that changes every day. You get a spin PLUS a strength class all in one hour! We use different equipment everyday (dumbbells, TRX, slam balls, boxes, ab dollys, etc) and attack the body in a different way each day. LET'S spin - (spin only) - Join us for 45 - 50 minutes on the bike for a high intensity interval, beat based ride.
You never forget your first time. Please come about 20 minutes early to get set-up on your bike or get your mat set-up, etc. Our class is for all fitness levels - most of the class being at your own pace, so no excuses! You can totally wear normal tennis shoes (this means you slip-in). You can also clip-in, however we do not provide clip-ins, so bring your own! (Our bikes are Keiser and have SPD style pedals.)
You show us your stuff! Whether it's on the bike, on the weight floor, or in the yoga studio - we want to experience your unique teaching style in an abbreviated format. If it's a fit, you will start the training process. Training length depends on your prior experience and comfort level, we customize the process to your unique needs.

I went to this location in early 2019 for my first spin class in years. I was looking forward to it, needing to work off stress. My experience was horrible because the volume of the music and instructor’s mic was so loud that simply being there for a small amount of time gave me hearing loss in my right ear and tinnitus. The music and mic were unnecessarily loud. I don’t feel like the people that work here care about protecting your health. If you go here bring good ear plugs, but I would advise going elsewhere in general, especially if the classes are inside.

I came to Tucson for a few weeks for the holiday, thought I should check out a gym to avoid the extra lbs and found Let's Sweat. It's such a great gym! It has a community feel to it, friendly people, awesome work outs andddd I heard it's a female owned business! I feel like 90% of the classes are spin but most of them have some sort of strength workout built into the end which is nice way to switch it up a bit.
It's located on the corner of 6th and 6th. It has a parking lot connected to it and plenty of street parking too. The main wall is basically all windows that light up

I’ve had the best experience here, from signing up for a membership to going to classes! everyone is so welcoming and friendly and they really try to get to know you which is great. 10/10 recommend and so close to the UofA campus (I got my student pass and everyone should too!)

The gym is clean, welcoming, and has a schedule that includes a variety of classes. They run challenges and community building activities that show they pay attention to morale of attendees. The theme events are fun. I feel challenged and always leave feeling like I got a great workout. They have packages and run specials to make classes even more budget friendly. Go to Lets Sweat!

Let's Sweat is amazing. The instructors are encouraging and bring their best to every class. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The feeling of wellness and community you get when you attend a class is so motivating. It's the best spin/stretch/strength/yoga/feel good inside and out studio in Tucson!

I had driven by the location so many times and my curiosity increased with every pass. I had ended my membership at another gym because of the pandemic and was really itching to be active in a motivating space. I read that spin classes were being held outdoors to ensure everyone's safety so I thought I would give it a try. It was hard!!! But I loved it! Since February, I have been attending mostly spin + strength classes and a few yoga classes. All of them have been quality physical experiences. I have never felt as though I didn't belong to this community. Everyone is so welcoming and

I bought the introductory special for 3 classes, have attended yoga previously, and ended up purchasing a larger class pack! The gym is welcoming, fun, clean, and challenging. I always feel like I got a full body workout, and push much harder than I would alone. There are a great variety of classes, and I appreciate the theme classes. I worked muscles in ways I don't normally and was so sore after TRX! I appreciate the whole community surrounding Lets Sweat!

I love Let’s Sweat! I started doing their Spin + Sweat classes about a year ago and was so happy that I finally had found the perfect workout class! Their staff are so friendly and their workouts are so good! You know you’ve found a good place when you are actually looking forward to working out (coming from someone who doesn’t naturally love working out). They’re the best!

I started taking the Spin + Sweat classes at Let's Sweat last year and was so happy to have finally found the perfect workout class! Great music, friendly staff, and a good sweat every single time! Throughout the pandemic the Let's Sweat team has come together to keep their community safe and active in so many different ways which is so amazing! They've incorporated outdoor classes, outdoor spinning, virtual classes, and even created a supportive app based community where everyone can communicate and support each other. They are simply the best!

Let's Sweat, the name gets to the point - y'all are gonna sweat if you take a class here.
I am a big fan of their yoga annex and spin + strength classes! Their instructors are kind, the playlists are killer, and the classes are just the right amount of challenging. You'll be able to take their classes at any modification that works best for you, and trust - you'll be sore the next day.
The building itself is extremely amazing, the amount of natural light, the way they decorate (and not to mention how dang clean it is), and the overall set up make it much cooler than your

I have to write a review on the amazing yoga studio connected to Let's Sweat - the Yoga Annex! This recently opened and I'm such a fan. I've found most yoga studios to be too serious and this one is the perfect combo for someone looking to work-out and practice mindfulness in the form of yoga. The lights change as the practice moves along and same with the music. I've take classes with Hailey, Gabriela and Chelsea who were all amazing and each have different styles. Hailey has seriously kicked my butt and has pushed me to stretch more at home so I can keep up. Have to recommend

I always struggled working out solo and was looking for "that gym" when I moved here. I found exactly what I needed at Let's Sweat! The instructors are friendly, engaging, and will make you work. They know you by name and truly make you feel welcome. The atmosphere, structure, and offerings of classes can't be beat. And they're local!

Amazing gym. So glad I decided to try it out for the summer. Amazing instructors, wide variety of class time and a wonderful atmosphere. Instructors are always welcoming and helpful, especially when it comes to offering modified workouts.
They really push you in the most positive way possible. I found a good gym.
They make it easy to support a local tucson business.

Hands down my favorite workout studio in Tucson so far...and I have tried about 9 places so far in my 3 months year. I am somewhat of a workout class fiend because I find being motivated by the instructor as well as a group of other people is my favorite way to work out.
First of all, the studio space is GORGEOUS. It is right in the "historic hardware" district a few blocks from downtown. The front of the studio is floor to ceiling glass windows with numerous free weights stationed along the perimeter of the space. There are two rows of TRX straps in the center of the room for TRX classes

I'd all but given up on gym memberships after an awful experience trying to get out of a contract at a not-so-local place in town. Plus running is free...
But after a serious workout rut, I decided to give Let's Sweat a try. Man am I glad I did.
Because here's the thing, working out is way more fun in a group. When you're all sweating together, it's easier to get through when you want to quit.
Plus it's nice to have someone telling you what to do in this instance.

Looking for a place to work out in a group environment that pushes you to be your best? Try Let's Sweat.
I'm new to Tucson from Denver and I've been looking for a place to call my new gym for almost half a year. Without sounding like too much of a snob, Denver has an incredible amount of quality gyms (probably a reflection that CO is the "fittest" state). When I came to Tucson my options looked bleak, but Let's Sweat is the oasis in the gym desert of Tucson.
The concept is simple. Your instructor leads you through spin for (about) 30 mins, strength for (about)
