I am not someone who loves working out unless you count hiking, but every time I leave Jessica's studio I feel such a deep sense of gratitude. I started working with Jessica because I wanted to get stronger for massage therapy clients, as well as lose some weight and get toned.
I am only 3 sessions in and am already noticing a difference.
Jessica makes my workout something that I can take and do on my own as well.
I feel like I have better body awareness and can feel my body getting stronger.
