Dr. Edik Haghverdian graduated from the University of Southern California in 1996. Dr. Haghverdian completed his residency at Aesthetic Professionals where he focused on aesthetics and full mouth reconstruction. With a certification in DDS, Dr. Haghverdian has extensive experience, having performed hundreds of full mouth restorations in his 21 years of practice.

This is such a great place to take care of your teeth! Dr. Edik is incredible, and all the staff are so nice. I had a great teeth cleaning this last appointment, and I actually took care of 15 cavities 2 years ago when I first went to him. He was wonderful and made it as smooth as he could. Now a couple years later I'm doing great and my teeth are good!

Best Dental Practice in LA. I've tried multiple places before and had bad experiences but Dr.Haghverdian's office is absolutely amazing! I’ve been coming to smile dental practice for 10+ years they have exceptional customer service. The entire staff is very kind Dr. Edik Haghverdian and his wife Odet are true professionals and so knowledgeable. If I ever have questions they are very patient to explain all the different options and I always feel comfortable that I am making the best choice.

I came for my 6 month routine cleaning and I am extremely happy with the way they explain everything and are patient with you. They answered allllllll my questions and were more than happy to keep me in the loop of what they were doing. I am satisfied with their work and customer service. Will definitely continue to come. :)

Lastly, he goes out of his way to make the experience as comfortable and pain free as possible.
If there is a dentist visit in your future ( heaven forbid) - this is the place you should come to.

Had tons of work done by Edik a couple years ago, thinking he's good since it was a referral but now I have to pay out of pocket to FIX ALL my teeth he worked on!!! Super expensive procedure, wish I did more research before spending so much money on my teeth with a bad dentist. Also, his prices are ridiculously high...so long story short...stay away!

So its been about 8 yrs since I went to Dr. Haghverdian for a bunch of root canals , crowns , and onlays. 1 of the root canals failed completely and I had to have the tooth pulled. 3 others need to have re-treatments and new crowns.
DO NOT get root canals done at this office. They will not last even 5 years.
I recommended many people to this place and they have had similar outcomes, my boyfriend had to get two implants to replace two of the butcher job root canals Dr. Haghverdian did on him.

Dr. Haghverdian is fantastic! I went to him for the first time and he showed me not only x rays, but photos inside my mouth showing me exactly what spots and cavities he is looking at. Then while he was doing work on my teeth, he was so great at making sure it wouldn't be painful, he was very nice and helped distract me, and also as he was doing his work, he would take photos inside my mouth and show me all the work as he would do it. Taking photos helped him see any spots that he missed that may not be as easy to see without the camera. So it was great and I appreciated his professionalism

Dr. Edik is wonderful!! Used to come to his practice many years ago until I moved away recently. Made the mistake of going to a new dentist near my workplace. He butchered 4 of my teeth! Have been tracking back to Smile Dental ever since. Worth the drive! The Dr. is as neurotic and as much of a perfectionist as I am. Never settle for less!!!

BEWARE! The dental work here is extremely poor. I was a patient for years, along with my mom and husband. We had thousands of dollars of work done with Dr H... We all really liked him but sadly all the work was done so poorly it had to be redone. He even caused my tmj due to poor alignment. Most ppl are afraid of dental work and choose someone like him because he makes you so comfortable but it will cost you much more in the long run. When I called to talk to the office about having to do all the work over, his wife didnt seem to care one bit and asked if I wanted to leave a msg for the Dr. ??

I've been patient to Dr. Edik for 13 years now and do not regret any of my visits or work done on my teeth . They are extremely nice and professional. I , by accident swallowed my crown two weeks ago right on a day of my trip out of country and freaked out ! I called their office ,left a message and got a call back few minutes after telling me that the doctor is on his way ( it was 8:30 am and the office doesn't open until 10 am ) . So now the reason why the crown got out :1- 12 years old
2- I grind my teeth like CRAZY!

I have been so happy to be a patient here! The staff is friendly and feels like extended family. The quality of dentistry and professionalism is second to none. I have a brother in law who is a cosmetic dentist but am too far to routinely visit him or my sister who is a dental hygienist. When I do see my family - they have been quick to say that my dental work was done very well.

I'm very picky when it comes to dental issues but Dr. Haghverdian and the entire staff at Smile Dental makes me feel like home whenever I go there. They are very professional but at the same time friendly. I love how they play music while I'm getting a cleaning or any work done on my teeth and I always leave that place happy!
