I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Admirals Cove so far. The neighborhood is a great, quiet retreat from the busy atmosphere of the bay. The community pool is amazing on the warmer summer days and the hot tub is perfect on the cooler days. The community dog park has been an enormous benefit during Covid. The staff are all friendly and have been quick to respond to any questions or issues I have had. I would reccomend living at admirals cove to anyone!

Admiral’s Cove has provided my wife and I a beautiful townhome and community with state-of-the-art appliances and amenities. Taylor and Catalina have been incredibly helpful and accommodating in getting us acquainted and settled in to our new home. We couldn’t ask for a better place to call home in the Bay Area!

Extremely unfortunate, as I wanted to like this place. We had to move summer 2020, so we didn't get to really look into this location as much as we probably should have due to the pandemic. The old military housing has been renovated to look appealing, but the upgrades are all very superficial. The paint is cheap and already peeling/bubbling, the electrical is shoddy and cuts out randomly, the pipes in the walls constantly sound as if they are leaking, the rodent population is out of control and there were multiple access points left open in our unit so they were getting in constantly, and management

Owen's review is correct, the property looks much better now that it has been redeveloped. Unfortunately the new landlord treats tenants like surfs. They merely added the veneer of a modern community. The paint is cheap, the carpet is dirty, the units are rife with plumbing and electrical problems, they do not have the rodent population under control, and there is significant disruption from the ongoing construction. The property manager is interested only in extracting rental revenue for the company and they will treat you like a dumb animal accordingly.
