I don’t know why I waited so long to come to Waterview Dentistry! Even before I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place! Vy was so helpful with my scheduling and benefits. She heard my concerns from previous offices and easily made me feel welcome. The office is beautifully decorated and has a calm and welcome atmosphere. Dr. Chang is so friendly and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and reviewed my needs in a very relaxed, yet professional manner. No hype, not looking to remove all existing fillings, or replace with crowns! Took my wife here after going to my normal dentist for some swollen gums. My normal dentistry said there wasn't an issue and just gave her a rinse but the swelling didn't get better so we came here and they were thorough and found the issue. My wife after 1 day is much better and I plan to switch over as well when my time comes for a cleaning. They are very personable, kind, and especially thorough with finding the issue and performing the needed procedure. Dr. Chang and all the people we met were lovely. Thanks for the great experience!

Always super care from the staff and Dr. Chang. Annalise (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong) is ALWAYS, and I mean always friendly and very personable. She tells you what she is doing and why she's doing it very calmly. Mistry was also very profession when I had my teeth cleaned by her last year. Dr Chang always provides great education on why I need certain things done and what can be watched ( w visuals too!) And what preventative measures I can do at home. His technique and technology is high quality. I love (and hate) seeing the dental photos when they check your teeth... I

I have been going to Waterview dentistry for almost 3+ years now, and have never had any issue in terms of delivered services, treatment plans, follow-up appointments, staff courtesy and environment cleanliness. Initially it was a referral from my Periodontist but I am glad that I found this dental clinic. Dr. Chang and his staff have been great!!

I had a great experience here! Kylie did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and her and Dr. Change were super kind and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and seems to have the latest and greatest technology. I’ve had several bad dentistry experiences and this was one of, if not the best experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is excellent and put you at ease from the first second that you walk through the door. Dr. Chang is knowledgeable and friendly and really knows how to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. The staff are a pure joy. I've definitely found my dental office going forward. I am absolutely AMAZED with Dr. Chang and his team at Waterview. The difference here is you're treated like a person not a patient. The staff are all super friendly, supportive, welcoming, and they make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable. I went in today for what I thought was a toothache ? Turns out the Dr said I had a viral infection and needed to just go home and rest until its gone. I do plan to go back as X-rays showed I need some repairs and cleaning. I appreciate that they got me in on short notice right away. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made me feel at home. I will update once I get more work done.

Hands down, probably one of the best Dental experiences I have ever experienced! Dr Chang is detailed oriented and truly cares about the health and well being of his patients. This was hands down about the best dental experience ever. I have "dental phobia" and going to the dentist is an extremely stressful event , BUT Dr. Chang and staff were great at easing my stress levels. Dr. Chang was very informative, two different tvs to watch and laughing gas to take the edge off all helped me to maybe not enjoy going to the dentist BUT I didn't hate it either. (High praise from me.) So I will totally be back again.

This was my first time at this place and I had a good experience. Getting an appointment was fairly smooth and despite being a new patient, it was not too difficult.
The check in process was easy. As a new patient, they took x-ray of every single tooth and made sure it was well analyzed. Dr Chang is a very detailed person and his explanation was very thorough - the best thing was that he uses sports and real life metaphors to explain complex medical terms!

I have to knock Dr. Chang's office down two pegs for changing their core hours of business. I don't know about other clients but I drove from pretty far out of my way (Addison) to still go to this office because I love the staff. But recently they changed their late appointment availability during the week- now the latest appointment you can get on a weekday is 5pm, which means I have to leave work early to get there in time for a late appointment. Their office doesn't open until 9am which means I'd be at least 2+ hours late getting to work if I scheduled an appointment first

We love Waterview Dentistry. The staff have always been very friendly and we've always had positive experiences here. They explain any treatments needed and make sure you understand. Dr Chang is great and easy to talk to. I've never felt pressured or uncomfortable in speaking to him about dental concerns. This office is pretty far out of the way for us but we feel like it's more than worth it for the service and treatment we've received.
