We've had all our vehicles at Good Works, Chevy Suburban, Ford Flex, Mazda Tribute and Chevy Trailblazer. We've had just about every kind of service work completed from the simplest like an oil change all they way to in depth motor repair. All services performed were done with quality parts and expert mechanics. Owners are great people and wonderful to talk with. Office staff are my FAVE!! Love Allen, Matthew and Dominic .. they are like my brothers, enjoy visiting with them and feel they put my priorities, concerns and pocketbook first!! Customers for LIFE!!

I have been going to Good Works for several years now for my oil changes and other maintenence needed. My car is very old and I feel they do a great job keeping it running for me. I always feel confident with their work once I leave. They keep me up to date on what needs to be done which I appreciate because my older brain forgets things easily. But with todays hustle and bustle world I am sure all appreciate that as well. Today they helped me out with something and they really didn't have to. I appreciate you all. I moved to Arizona from California not knowing where to look for my new mechanic, so I started doing a little research and I found Good Works Auto Repair and when my car started to give me problems that is where I took my car. They were honest very fast and they send you a whole spreadsheet of what's wrong with your car, so yes I recommend them, they do 5 Star work

I just moved out to Tempe and had to get my Prius fixed. Dominic is amazing and helped me through the entire process. I love this place, they have been the most honest shop I have been to. They even did some repairs without the extra charge. Such a trustworthy place!! Highly recommended. My son travels back and forth from school in Tucson, they made sure to check everything so it was safe for him. Our truck is a hybrid and it's very hard to find places who know what to do with these vehicles, I would not take it anywhere else.

I put a much longer review on google, so this will be shorter. I have been there before. My son also uses this repair shop. We trust them to do a good job! I had an issue with my alternator and battery recently. I picked up my suv, and later that day my dash lights All came on. The A/C came on high, and didn't to be shut off. I thought to myself, my suv is possessed! I emailed the shop after hours, got the truck in. And they put in a better alternator. I have had no issues since, and its been almost 2 months. So grateful for the reliable service.

Husband took his car here for an oil change but after an assessment he also had to get his front struts replaced and a realignment. They went above and beyond with great service, being able to reduce the original quote and even gave his car a wash which was a nice surprise since we were planning to wash his car after. I think we've found the spot we're sticking with! Can't wait to take my own car here.

They do not deserve 1 star. I went in with a 40.00 Groupon for an Oil Change and IF they would have given me an Oil change their additional oil and shop costs were 29.00 bucks! 70 for a Full synthetic oil change. What is the point? They get my car in, the bearded kid pulling it in opened the windows and cranked the AC all the way on... Then, the 2 unskilled mechanics broke my hood latch. The one came in to ask the sales guy, sitting at the middle desk, if there was a trick to opening the hood, I followed him out there only to find what looked like a 16 year old kid in my car taking apart the interior

Dominic and his technicians were wonderful for the pre-purchase inspection for a car I was interested in. They were very thorough and took pictures of everything and their condition. They break it down very easily and will be straight with you on if you should get the car and if it is worth the selling price. I ended up not getting the car due to their thorough and honest review of its condition. Which I am super bummed because it was a unicorn car. Off to continue my search for my unicorn car, and I will go back to Good Works for future pre-purchase inspections.

Website should read "we only work on OEM equipment"
I recently decided to give this shop a try. Set up an appointment for 3 days in advance (earliest available). I told the CSR that I'd just installed new suspension components and there's a noise that I need to figure out the cause of.
I set up a ride and time off work to go dropp off my car. A different CSR has me fill out the paperwork and were talking about the problem. He then tells me that they don't work on aftermarket parts. Ok, well WHY THE HELL DIDN'T THE CSR SAY THAT TO BEGIN WITH?! Thanks for wasting

The people who work at and run this shop are absolutely wonderful. I opened my mail and saw that I had received a thank you note. It was so thoughtful and appreciated! I used Groupon to schedule an oil change and that's exactly what I got, no pushy sales or unnecessary recommendations. I also like that they email you a full report including any problem areas that you may need to take care of in the near future. They gave me a full diagnostic, IN WRITTEN/EMAIL FORM, on all the things my car needed/could be fixed in order from most important to least important. They allowed me to review it and then called me to review it with me in case I had any questions. Then they allowed me to decide for myself what they should fix.
They were financially reasonable and had an easy financing option.
These guys were honest and efficient.
