I can't say enough good things about this place. I've only been to this Vet once. My hamster was sick. I took her up there and she received the best care. The staff is so gentle and kind. I literally felt like we were their only customers. When my hamster passed away they sent a lovely card and me and my family felt cared for. I would recommend this vet to anyone. Simply for their care and their compassion for your family and your pets.

They were great with my fur baby. Explained everything as they examined him so I could understand what was going on. Will go back

Awesome people who clearly love animals. I have a senior dog that took ill overnight and they went above and beyond to get him in. Their expert care now has my 15 yr old Akita feeling much much better! Thank you! <3

Misdiagnosed my cat, which ended up leading to her passing. Despite me asking several times for them to see her and make an appointment, they insisted on not seeing her and letting it play out.

After being turned away by other vets, and watching my 14 year old DOg deteriate, I called trilby animal hospital. After explaining the situation , Dr moore didn't excuse that it was Saturday, or he was busy or any other excuse, he simply said "bring him in." When we arrived the staff helped to get "bear" in and sedated enough to go over everything again. DR Moore agreed the most kindful thing for bear was to have him put to sleep ending his pain and suffering. I have never seen anyone as kind, caring and understanding as Dr Moore who stayed in the room with us, showing true compassion for bear

Even though their website says they treat reptiles, do not take your reptile here. I took my baby bearded dragon in for an eye infection, and the staff and vet were super helpful and kind. However, the vet gave him an ointment that wasn't supposed to be used on reptiles. Also, because of the treatment, a growth started to appear on my lizard's eye as a side effect of prolonged use. Just go to an exotics-only vet. They gave him a much more effective treatment.

Our family pet rat had been sick for about a month. She would get better for a couple days and then she would get worse. We hoped she would go peacefully at home, but we ended up having to look into euthanizing her. With her continuing to get worse, we called around a few places and every vet refused to put her to sleep unless I paid for an exam, along with the euthanasia. Not to mention that only exotic vets would see her, which is expensive just to walk in the door. I called Trilby animal hospital and the vet here agreed to see her and not charge me extra for everything. They were amazing and
