We are finishing construction next door to our current "original" building for TAH's new and improved veterinary hospital! We are currently expecting to be CLOSED from 11/8/21-11/13/21 to transition into the new hospital. Please be sure to stock up on your pet's medications or prescription diet to be sure not to run out during our closure.

We ask that you continue to use the Sterns Road driveway as an ENTRANCE AND EXIT ONLY until further notice as it is the only in and out to our parking lot. We appreciate your patience during this time and ask for your extra care when driving in the parking lot. We want to protect you, everyone's pets, the construction workers AND our TAH team that is continuing to tirelessly work curbside care around the parking lot.
Services
We couldn't be happier with our dedicated (and growing!) veterinary support staff. Many of our staff members have been with Temperance Animal Hospital for over a decade! Their commitment to delivering excellent pet care and customer service inspires us every day, and we can't wait for you to meet them.
Where else in Temperance can you find so many outstanding veterinarians under one roof? We're proud to introduce our experienced veterinary team, and we invite you to learn more about them in the bios below. Call us today at (734) 847-6751 and schedule your next consultation visit with one of our team of experts.
Veterinary hospitals can be scary - we understand. At Temperance Animal Hospital, we are dedicated to creating a friendly, calm, and more relaxing environment for our four-legged guests. This means our staff has undergone specialized training to ensure that we can care for your pet in the lowest stress manner possible.
At Temperance Animal Hospital, knowing that you and your pet had the best possible experience at our hospital is important to us. Our core mission is to provide the best care for your furry friends, and to expand our circle of care to as many patients as possible. Our belief in a caring, compassionate world for all animals is strengthened with each new patient.
Supporting your pet's healthy, active lifestyle is an important part of their wellness regimen. Pet exams and wellness care involve setting a health baseline for your pet and maintaining that level throughout their life. We understand, however, that pets can become sick or injured just like we can.

Moving to a new area brings the challenge of finding a new vet and I’m so happy we decided to come here! It was great right from the start and we’ll be back soon!

The staff is amazing. We had to take our dog to be put down and they were so kind, compassionate, and understanding. I'm so thankful for the care they took with our boy.

Really like this vet. Nice that we now have option to go in or remain curbside if choose. Not the cheapest but very happy with the service.

TAH is always friendly. I was 15 minutes early, but they came out to get Zero within 5 minutes and brought him back out 10 minutes later (he was getting his nails trimmed and he's a big baby about it), but they have no trouble with him.
