Our doctors perform a full physical examination and appropriate vaccinations. It includes examination from head to tail, checking eyes, ears, teeth, skin, and body condition. The attending doctor listens to your pet's heart and lungs, palpates abdominal area, checking pulse, and takes body temperature.
Feline (Rhinotracheitis/ Calicivirus/ Panleukopenia/ Chlamydia) - is vaccine for upper respiratory and gastrointestinal infections of cats. A series of three FVRCPC injections (three weeks apart) is given to kittens. The vaccine series is usually started at 9 weeks of age. If a cat is 12 weeks or older and has not been previously vaccinated, then a minimum of two vaccines is required given 3 weeks apart.
Vaccination with DHPP can be started at 6-8 weeks of age. A booster shot needs to be repeated every 3 weeks until the series is completed. We recommend that your puppy is vaccinated at least 4 times between 6 weeks to 16 weeks. If your dog is 16 weeks or older and has not been vaccinated before, then we recommend a minimum two sets of vaccines be given 3 weeks apart.
Bacteria developing on the surface of your pet's teeth, the soft tissue of the gums and the bones of the jaw can cause serious infections in the kidney, liver, lungs, and heart. We recommend that your pet has a dental health evaluation at least once a year by our veterinarian. If our veterinarian determines any issues with the teeth or the gums, we can recommend a dental scaling, polishing, and extractions if needed.

I adopted a dog that had super bad breath and obvious decay. Alexis road animal hospital took good care of him while cleaning his teeth. They had to extract 13! The took blood, got a urine sample, updated his vaccinations, and trimmed his nails while he was under too. Iy was expensive but nowhere near what it would be if I had gone somewhere else. They called the next day to check up on him. Very nice, professional, and caring staff. The bad breath is gone!! And I am sure he will be feeling better once his mouth heals.

I cant say enough good things about this facility, Dr Raj, and the entire staff. The facility is always very clean and the front desk is always friendly and quick to take care of you. Dr Raj is incredibly caring and has the best interest of not only the animals but also their owners. He understands how to present solutions for caring for your animal while being financially smart. He is very educated and always does a great job of explaining so you can understand the issues to care for your pets health. I love the vet techs and all the staff here, as you can tell they love all your animals too.

We had an emergency with our dog and were able to have him seen right away here. The staff is extremely pleasant with all the animals and there prices were reasonable as well. The Dr. took his time examining our dog and giving him the proper diagnosis. We ended up returning with our 2nd dog because we were so pleased with the service provided previously. I highly recommended this vet for all of your pets needs.
