I took my pet rat Violet in because she was not acting like herself and she was weak and lethargic. I was so impressed how well the vet was with her. She did a full check up and it was so interesting to see on a rat. My baby is doing much better thanks to everyone at Brookings Animal Hospital, they saved her life.....I truly believe! I highly recommend for any animals but especially exotic and rodents. Thank you so much everyone at Brookings!!!!

I have trusted Dr. Brookings and her staff with the care of my beloved fur babies for the past 5 years (ever since I moved to Shreveport). I have found them to be very caring, showering my pets with much love and attention as well as being very considerate of my time. I had an elderly dog who went into kidney failure at the end of her life. Dr. Brookings did everything she could for our pup and then was so kind and patient as she explained the problem and prognosis. She then allowed us to take up one of her exam rooms for as long as we needed to say goodbye to our beloved baby. She and her staff

I realize I haven't taken time to really complete a review but I mentioned this place speaking of Family Dollar which is next door but across the street.
I genuinely like Dr Brookings because I started visiting her while I'm high school student with the first dog.
I got my first German Shepherd for my birthday. At any rate; that's how long we've been around... since 1995 and she would work with me when I was teen paying with my allowance.
To pay her, I would go on a payment plan and I really appreciate that because number one: not everyone takes the kids seriously that
