I took my cats here for the first time ever just to get them health certificates for flying cargo and every member of the staff was incredibly kind. Their phenomenal customer service for a customer they knew wouldn’t be coming back proves to me that they’re a fantastic clinic. I’m sad I didn’t find them sooner

Since moving to Bossier, I had used three other veterinarians before choosing Riverside. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my dogs. Riverside has always exemplified excellent, professional service on each visit. They take their service to others at heart as if treating their own pets.

The whole staff is AMAZING! They made our move from another state to Barksdale AFB a breeze taking care of our fur babies. Very responsive to emails and kept us informed of what vaccinations were required. Our babies were very nervous but they provided one on one care and played with them during their boarding while mom and dad could move in peace knowing they were well taken care of. We got them to their new home and they were very relaxed. Love the fact that you can call and they know exactly what is going on with them and provide updates. Also the online scheduling is fabulous! Thank you!!!

Riverside's staff is amazing, including Dr. Ritter! On several occasions, we have boarded our dog close to the time he was due for shots. Riverside actually took care of Zeus's medical care while he was boarded. I love having the peace of mind knowing he's being well cared for while we are away!
