Dr. William "Matt" Honea grew up in Haughton, La and graduated from Haughton High School. He pursued undergraduate studies in Animal Science at Louisiana Tech University and then received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. After graduation, Dr. Honea returned to Bossier parish where he joined a busy mixed-animal practice for 4 years.
Your pet can benefit greatly from regular wellness examinations or checkups. Whether your pet is a youngster, a "senior citizen, " or any age in between, wellness examinations provide an excellent opportunity for us to conduct a thorough physical examination and develop a health profile for your pet.
Our hospital is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. On Saturdays we are open from 8:00am until 11am and 8:00-12:00 on the 3rd Saturday of each month. The clinic is closed on Sunday. We have taken our pets to North Airline Animal Hospital for years, and they continue to earn our trust with their knowledge, honesty, and compassion. The DVMs and their support staff have always given our pets the best possible care and been more than willing to answer the multitude of questions we have. It's easy to tell that they care about the pets AND the people worrying about them.

The veterinarians at this practice are the most attentive and loving doctors I have ever met. They do not rush the process, no matter how long it takes. They are diligent about providing options and spend their valuable time educating me about diagnostic results, what to look for, what to expect, and what is normal/abnormal. I'm truly grateful for the vets and staff at NAAH.

I have never been to a better veterinary clinic! Dr. Honea explained all the issues we were concered about with our dogs and offered help that we were never offered any where in the past. I'm so glad we were told about this clinic and took our dogs there.
