Everything about my experience was great. I was a new patient and my first appointment was booked a bit out, but as slots opened up, they were kind enough to call me to see about getting in sooner.
The actual visit was wonderful also. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional and made my visit pleasant and they sure did make me feel welcome.

Hands down 5 stars! I was lucky enough to find Dr. Gomez and his staff one day when I chipped my front tooth this past summer. They got me in right away and got it fixed. I went back to them for teeth cleaning and more dental work. After another front veneer fix (the other one) and some cavities fixed, I’ll continue to go for here for braces too! My teeth already look better than they have in years! His staff is the sweetest and I’m happy to continue doing business with them!

Dr. Gomez took my case on from day 1 since i moved back to new braunfels! i found him online , and asked him about nitrous , and special needs since he has a lot of expertise in this area, and he knew everything about autism, and more! my first appointment was relaxing i don't remember much thanks to happy air! Dr. Gomez and marina were amazing with me! i can't wait to be back this tomorrow !

I was in need of emergency dental care, this clinic opens at 7, my phone call was answered minutes after 7, I was seen and evaluated by 8am- not only did they squeeze me in, but all the staff was very professional as well as very caring and understanding of my situation. Dr did not try to "sell me up" and he stuck to what I came in for. I will definitely be a returning patient!

Everyone at Sapphire was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. The facility is up to date on equipment and comfortable chairs. Dr. G takes his time with you and a very personable dentist. The assistants are over the top! Getting checked out and going over what is needed and knowing exactly what things will cost with insurance. It’s a good experience, highly recommend!
