She was so laid back and easy to work with/communicate with. She had my pictures back to me within 3 weeks and sneak peaks a couple days later. The style and color of her photos is so natural yet detailed and she truly captured "the moment" and everyone's emotions. We hired Esther for our elopement in Sisters, OR. What drew us to her was the fact that she loved to make people who hate having pictures taken comfortable! We aren't fans of the "canned" photos, the typical ones where you stand like a statue. Esther took so many wonderful candid (and non-canned) photos of us, and we loved each and every one of them.

All I have to say about Esther is WOW! We originally booked her for our engagement session and had such an awesome experience that we booked her for our wedding day. From the start, we appreciated not only her professionalism and responsiveness but also how FUN it is to work with her. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and we felt like we were hanging out with a good friend the entire time. When many other things about my wedding fell apart, Esther still came through as the best choice for a wedding photographer. She was fantastic to work with and really knew what she was doing. She had the right level of forwardness when hearding cats (my family) and a fun attitude with our couple photos. She didn't care how dirty she got, making sure to capture opportunities for creative shots. We love the photos! My husband thinks some of the shots came out with a Wes Anderson vibe-- unique with the right level of color saturation. Beautiful work! Cool lady! Thank you Esther!!

I hired Esther for my sister's Todd Lake elopement-style wedding. Not only is she a fantastic photographer but she made the whole experience SUPER fun. We split the wedding festivities into two separate days: the ceremony at the lake and the reception at McMenamins the following day. Esther was there for it all and captured every sweet little moment. This was not your average wedding, either! A + + photographer. Captured our snowy mountaintop elopement beautifully, and continued to adventure with us in the high desert later that day for photos. Fun to be around, takes her skill very seriously, and very quick turn around of getting the media back to us. I absolutely LOVED having Esther as our photographer. My husband was deployed and I had a unique quest for her, I wanted her to document my first moments of seeing my husband for the first time in about a year. She went above and beyond!! We not only got our first moments of reconnecting, but the next day she spent some more time with us and helped us relax and just enjoy each other while she captured these precious moments.

Esther did our elopement photos, and let me just say WOW!! Her pricing was so reasonable and she was incredibly flexible about our location. Then the pictures came back. They are incredible!! She captures the feeling of the moment so perfectly. I know we will cherish the memories of our day every time we look at the photos. Can't recommend enough!!
