I purchased two facials online. I assumed based on the hours listed I would be able to schedule the two facials on my days off (Monday or Saturday) because according to their website they're open on those days. as I went to schedule the facials through their online booking service, I found out they only have very minimal times available Tuesday through Friday from 10 to 4. I thought maybe it was either booked out or a mistake so I wanted to try to call. Between Yelp, their own website, and google maps there are 3 diff numbers listed and NONE of the listed phone numbers are in service. There

How many stars should I give to a place if people never show up for the service? I called this place to schedule an appointment for a brazilian wax, was going on vacation in three days and needed to make sure I will get my brazilian wax before . Lady on a phone confirmed that they have an available time slot and they will wait for me. I repeated date and time few times to avoid any confusion. Newer the less when I showed up next day 10 minutes before the place was locked. I called many times-no answer. Manager from the office next door said she had the same situation with her massage week before

I've been seeing Shelly for facials for almost two years now. She is all about learning your skin and helping you toward long-term manageability. I've been with Shelley for more than a year now. I love her approach - nothing is impossible for her. Any issue is resolvable with right technique (machine) and right set of customized harmful-ingredient-free products. When I think of a spa, I envision a place with a quiet waiting room, soothing music and a space where I can relax. The Bellevue Massage & Spa's new location is not that. Nor do they have a dressing room, let alone their own bathroom, to clean up after your appointment.
