Not sure why the low reviews. I thought the place was great. Could have had a better ambiance and maybe a little more customer service as far as offering a water or something. With all that being said this is less expensive than most places that would offer those things, and the important part (the actual massage) was great in my experience. Maybe the people use to outwardly ask for tips but I did not experience that. All in all I will probably be back.

Giving a tip is totally optional. Customers have a right to put 0 in the tip and walk out. Customers already pay for the service prices and giving a tip depends on person to person. We shouldn't generalize that everyone will give a $15 tip.
