Jennifer is AMAZING!! I took my young son to see Jennifer. He is having growing pains and tight muscles from sports. She kindly evaluated him and listened to him describe how his body felt. She made the massage fun for him and made him feel extremely comfortable. After his time with Jennifer, he felt much better and is very excited to go to his next appointment. Thank you, Jennifer!

Before I walked in I was pretty nervous. Ive never gone to a massage therapist before. But when I walked in. Everyone was so friendly. And It really helped me relax. My massage therapist mia was awesome. Really helped made my upper back feel better!

I came to Ralston Massage with serious pain issues and unsure how to change my situation and I was very lucky to meet Karen and get an appointment with her. It has been nothing short of awesome. She is very considerate and passionate about her field. She has given me a renewed hope. Ralston Massage has really fair pricing, several options and great packages. They make it easy to get on a road to recovery.

I love Ralston Massage Center. It is sparkling clean, calm and quiet. The massage therapists are all extremely knowledgeable of the body and how it works. I was have some sciatica problems and Mia listened to me and not only helped me with massage, but demonstrated how to do some stretches at home that would help alleviate the problem. Highly recommend Mia and Ralston Massage Center.

This place was amazing! They were so professional and I felt very safe. The massage was amazing and so relaxing I forgot my mask was on! It was so nice to relax and be able to relieve stress now a days.

Jennifer was so professional, polite, friendly and really tried to understand my requests before we got started. I was traveling from out of state and knew that I wanted to find time for a massage. I scheduled my appointment online one week in advance. I asked for a deeper, firmer pressure and Jennifer had no problem accommodating my request.

Masks are worn the entire time for the safety of clients and therapists. What a wonderful way to start my day! Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming; very quiet atmosphere in the middle of Reno. It seems like they're doing a good job staying COVID compliant. Alan is knowledgable, friendly and strong. Perfect pressures and techniques for a body in need.

This business and professional staff have gone above and beyond to keeping their clients safe. The facility is very clean. They are requiring masks. I had to wait outside until my therapist texted. I didn't see anyone else besides my therapist during my visit since the stagger the appointment times as an extra precaution.

Also, their new online booking system was easy to use.

I'm a very loyal client of several years. Mia and the other therapists are all fantastic. I get the 90 minute therapeutic massage every month to keep my body pain free and happy.

I had a great experience. I couldn't get in with my regular person, she recommended Ralston Massage Center. While no does it better, Karen is a very close second. Very good Covid-19 procedures in place. Took away my pain without causing pain. So wonderful and so needed. My headache went away, my back, hip, shoulders and neck stopped hurting and felt so much better.

Ralston has trained some amazing therapists over the years and Bill is one of them. Can't praise his work enough and have sent many of my dance clients to him. You have to have him use the tuning forks for sure!

Bill is an amazing massage therapist with a wealth of knowledge. He has helped tremendously in bringing down my pain levels in areas of past injuries. He is very professional and very easy to talk to and be around. I highly recommend him as a therapist especially if you have past injuries and tight muscles that you need help with. I did not feel sore or beat up the next day whatsoever.

Reno is a city of numerous “massage” businesses. Being a legitimate, therapeutic, healing place of business is not always appreciated. Having traveled cross country the previous day, I was full of knots and tense muscles. Just on a side note: I researched places a week before traveling and scheduled my appointment online. I would recommend this for anyone traveling from out of state. I can’t imagine you could schedule a same day appointment— they are that good! My therapist was Jennifer and I highly recommend her if you need a firmer pressure.

I LOVE Eileen. I have got many massages, but Eileen is the best. She is attentive and truly listens to you when you say "go softer" or "more firm". I appreciate not having to interrupt my relaxing time to reiterate my needs!

This place really bad..unorganized n just not too good..went to massage essence much better n people much nicer than the ralston massage center..

It's been a while since I was last there but my wife goes often. I was having a severe knot between my shoulder blades and decided to give them a try. I was amazed at well just a short chair massage worked to loosen the muscles and remove the knot. It's time to take better care of myself and schedule a quality massage back at Ralston.

I have been going here for maybe 15yrs. Which according to Google is half my life! Alan is my go-to massage therapist. He is amazing! I go there with tight shoulders and leave feeling that he released my knots and stress stored in my back. I really should visit him more often since he makes such a noticeable difference. Ralston center has several different therapists that you can schedule appointments with either by calling or online. It's more of a destination location for me since it's not super close to home...but, so worth it! Alan is the best!!

I landed in Reno for a conference and was looking for a good massage. I have some back issues and was looking to work with an experienced therapist.

I found Ralston from the Yelp reviews and decided to make an appointment with Eileen. It was a great choice. Eileen was excellent and the massage center was calming and quiet.

If I ever find myself back in Reno, I will definitely make another appointment.

My husband and I both had wonderful massages today..we both have chronic pain and really needed to find some relief..Lisa and Eileen did awesome massages and we are both feeling less pain and are more relaxed..we will be back.

I stumbled on this place while trying the sushi restaurant nearby and I'm so glad I did!! This is a great clinic with a strong focus on healing and pain relief. I've been seeing Karen and she's very careful of my injuries with techniques to help relax the muscles and relieve pain without aggravating the injury site. Bob looked at my X-rays and spent more time explaining things to me than my surgeon. I was looking for a new massage clinic and Ralston Massage Center is definitely the one.

Just stopped in for a 20 minute chair massage, based on a friend's recommendation. Absolutely great. I don't usually like long massages as I tend to fall asleep a half hour in. The shorter focused neck and shoulder massage is just the ticket for me.

Eileen was great, asked where I wanted to focus and got right to it. I definitely felt more relaxed and ready to tackle the rest of the afternoon. I plan to come back whenever I'm feeling a bit too tense. She went above and beyond to address my specific requests.

I was looking for a massage deal for the bf and I- first result with 5stars by distance from Silver Legacy was this place.

I called around noon and set up apptmnt for 4:30- (10/15/13 Our 8yr anniversary)

Very reasonable price.

While on the phone-Arleen ( my masseuse) probed more on what kind of massage the bf and I would want.

she patiently explained what is which..etc.

Got there 5 mins early as requested by them- filled out a form- very basic. Next minute i am being walked to my massage room.
