Our talented therapists have different skill sets and styles to share. Receiving all our therapists gifts is a treasured option. We give our customers full permission to choose to rotate between all of our healing artists. Each one has unique gifts to offer. Many of our regulars enjoy the full spectrum variety of utilizing all of the therapist and not sticking to just one.
SoulSpa knows your facial needs & preferences are unique. To provide solutions for all skin types, we offer two different gorgeous formulations, that are extremely efficient product lines, both earth friendly & cruelty free: PCA SKIN - a scientific, clinical approach, and GREEN ENVEE - a holistic plant based approach.
May be used towards a massage, facial or soul energy session each month that is the same duration of service in which you purchase your membership for ( 60, 90, or 120 minutes). I had an appointment with Preeti, and let me just say she is amazing I have chronic pain in my back but after the 60 minutes I felt great. She really took the time to listen to what was going on and work on the spots that needed the most work.
The esthetic of the spa itself is so peaceful and gives the sense of relaxation as soon as you come in.

It was a mediocre (at best) massage. I am a massage therapist and teach massage at a school. Quality was similar to what I see in students in school. Incomplete strokes, missed parts of my body including an area I specified as my focus area, inconsistent pressure, etc. When I shared my feedback to the receptionist there was no attempt to rectify. Very disappointing, especially for this price point.

Quite possibly the best massage of my life. I had 1 1/2 hour massage with Preeti and I could not have been more pleased. The entire staff from walking in the door until I walked out was amazing. To be honest it has been several years since my last professional massage and in the past I never had the results I did today.
The environment was perfect and for that time, my mind was finally clear, I was able to fully relax and my body has not felt this good in years.
I am with out a doubt going to be coming back. Setting time aside to care for my physical well being is a must and adding Soul Spa

I had not slept in 2 weeks i was in so much pain - i had been to the chiropractor and it did not help. I decided to make an apt here for a massage. I have never had such an amazing massage in my life! It was welcoming- kind and i felt amazing after i left. If you need a massage this is the place. I can not remember who the masseuse was but I will be going back. This is just an amazing wonderful place!

Almost reluctant to leave this review for Katelyn, for fear of her getting more popular ;) but SHE ROCKS! I always leave her table feeling a sense of completeness, which can be especially tough with body work. Plus I recently added reiki to my massage and felt like I was gonna levitate, it was so rad! so much love & appreciation for this place, space, and human!

I have chronic back pain and could barely walk this week (I was climbing my legs to stand up). I decided to see Pagie at Soul Spa for a medical massage this weekend. After an amazing 90 minute medical massage I could not only walk but was able to put my socks on!!! The next morning I was sore but by the mid-afternoon I was a new man. I will be using Pagie at Soul Spa once a month from here on out. I can’t thank her enough for the thoughtful approach.

I have been coming to SoulSpa for about a year now and have recently been coming monthly for a massage. Katelyn is the best masseuse I've ever had! It's delightful to find an oasis of calm and positive energy in downtown Reno. Conveniently located in 2nd, this spa offers massage And reiki, with essential oils at no extra charge. The environment is gentle, kind and pleasant. You must experience this or send a loved one a gift certificate. Alicia was great and worked reiki into the massage too! You'll wish you got a longer massage by the end of the relaxation therapy! I'm glad I finally tried Soul Spa!

I visited Reno over the July 4 weekend and decided to treat myself to a massage. It turned out to be the highlight of my visit. I had the best massage from Mallory. She truly has a gift and is so intuitive of what my body needed to feel relax and restored. She also provided me with some local tips and shops to visit during my vacation and all of her recommendations were amazing. I had a wonderful trip because of her magic hands and great local advice of the area. When I return to Reno I will for sure book her again. I highly recommend Mallory.

Quaint and relaxing! Booked a modality bodywork massage with Katelynn and was very happy with the massage. Was greeted with a friendly welcome! The place is a quaint house (from the outside) and on the inside, the rooms and the main areas are nicely decorated. When I walked in, I felt immediately a little more relaxed because the environment didn't seem so uptight.
For the longest time, I have had a large knot in my right trapezius and everywhere I go, my massages seem to end up with me feeling like someone agitated it more. This was not the case though...Katelynn was gentle about working

This is the best place in Reno for massages. I’ve been to a handful of different places but so far, this is my favorite. My dad , brother and I all go here and it is nothing short of amazing. I’ve seen both Marina and Jamie and they are really great at what they do. Not only are the massages incredible, but the entire atmosphere at SoulSpa is really rad. It’s very laid back and I love the energy in there. Really excited to see how they continue to grow!
