Branch Counseling

Life is hard sometimes. It leaves us tender and raw. I believe you have the capacity to heal and change. Maybe you need a place to dive deeper into self inquiry without judgement, a place to show up without having to be anyone. I don't shy away from my authenticity and I hope you feel invited to do the same.

If depression, anxiety and life transition has you in a mental joust or standstill maybe it's time to seek support or coaching. Maybe you want peace and the resources to weather any storm, because you have a vibrant life to live and together we can make that happen. I conceptualize client problems not by diagnosis but by harnessing the dynamic interplay between dynamic interplay between environment, attachment and neuroscience.

I couldn't recommend Kelly enough. If you're looking for counseling in an environment that's comfortable, authentic, and feels like home, look no further.

Kelly creates an environment that facilitates vulnerability, authenticity, and safety. Her voice brings intention accompanied with warmth. Any form of communication with her is worth having at some point along your journey.

Kelly and her practice are truly a gift to humanity. Without individuals like Kelly, people who've made it their life to genuinely and earnestly care for other's well-being, we would be lost. She has my fervent gratitude.

Kelly is an amazing person and counselor. She uses a "brain based" approach to counseling that is objective and effective. I enjoy my time with her and always learn something to improve my life in a positive way.

It's December 1st and what better time of year than to take care of ourselves during the midst of the hustle and bustle and potentially unstable holiday season! That's what I thought recently when I decided to try my first session of Reiki at The Branch a few weeks ago before Thanksgiving. Cory Roy is a Reiki specialist and provides a warm, healing, and soothing environment to help create an atmosphere where my troubles, worries, and stressors just melted away. Cory's ability to use Reiki techniques coupled with sound, music, and energy allowed me to feel centered, relaxed, and completely grounded
