Services
Everyone progresses through our program differently. Every lady's pole journey will be unique based on your fitness goals, your frequency of taking classes and your level of fearlessness. We don't recommend a specific time frame of when you move to different levels. Our instructors take notice of your movements during classes and will give recommendations and make suggestions.

Amazing and beautiful facility!! The owner Ash was soo welcoming and a true GEM! I just that one person had a bad experience and left all these negative reviews that DONT reflect this business AT ALL, nor the owner. But nowadays we live in 'Cancel Culture" and it's so sad to see. Especially after going to Lady Kave myself and talking to the owner as well. She's such a sweet person and she literally didn't know me from Adam or Eve, but opened up her business to myself to host a toy drive and let me store them there for a few dogs. I'm forever grateful!! Looking forward to booking a private party

I went to a lesson here for a Bachelorette party over the weekend. I was pretty nervous going into it as I am a big girl, but Ashauna was so welcoming and made the routine easy to understand. We had all kinds of stuff planned for the Bachelorette party but this was the highlight of the trip. 10/10 would recommend and will come back next time I'm in Louisville.

Lady Kave turned away an incredibly talented performing artist from taking classes simply due to the fact that she is a trans woman. Not only was she turned away, but she was questioned about her gender and the stage in which she was at in her transition. This is not only highly unprofessional, disrespectful and intolerable, but just plain ignorant. Trans women are women!

I did this with a friend for the heck of it and am now several months into taking classes at LK. I'm no where near a sexy dancer and thought these classes would be funny but a one time thing with a friend but that was not the case. It is fun! But I found that for me, pole is more of an acrobatic thing so I'm more learning cute tricks and stuff. Whereas others really enjoy the dancing aspects. There's something for everyone I think! Also, Ashauna is so nice and accommodating and is really just a pleasure to interact with!

I absolutely love the classes offered at Lady Kave. The instructors have great energy and are so helpful. Nothing to be self conscious about- it was so fun. It was such a great environment and exactly what i needed to feel like a seductive woman again after my divorce. Can't say enough good things about it. Just a great place to learn some fun routines and be surrounded by positivity.

Lady Kave (formerly Modern Day Fitness) is a safe and fun place to learn pole dancing.I have taken pole classes else where, but MDF/Lady Kave is my favorite. The classes are $20 unless you sign up for a group party. Ashuanna and Mandy are fantastic instructors. They make it such a fun and positive atmosphere. You might walk in feeling down or feel defeated because you can't seem to nail a move, but they will quickly lift your spirits! They are happy to come give you one on one attention to help better understand how to do a move and to spot you when doing higher level moves such as inverting

They primarily specialize in pole fitness classes, which are a blast. You can either sign up for a single class for $20, or host a group lesson. Mindy, the instructor, is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is very experienced and is a wonderful teacher.
It may all be for fun but honey, you're gonna feel the burn tomorrow. I highly recommend starting out with an intro class and staying in the beginners for a while, because anything above that is intense. But the hour will fly by so
