Each counselor at Leon Springs Counseling and Life Coaching has been carefully selected to be part of a collaborative team that upholds the highest standards in ethics, education and professionalism. Each has diverse clinical experience and knowledge, and an impeccable reputation in the professional community.
At Leon Springs Counseling & Life Coaching, we promote a client-centered, interactive environment. Our style involves the open exchange of information and instruction. We provide guidance, feedback, and direction. Homework assignments and informative handouts are an integral aspect of our therapeutic approach.
We accept almost all major insurances. If you don't have insurance or your insurance has no mental health benefits, our fees begin at $135 per session. Counselors generally assist individuals who are in crisis or who are experiencing emotional or behavioral problems. Growth and healing are promoted through the development of insight and the resolution of past issues.
For your convenience you are welcome to download a copy of our new client paperwork before your appointment. Should you choose not to bring the paperwork with you, a hard copy of it will be in our waiting room for you to complete. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete, and please allow extra drive time due to construction in the area.

When it comes to investing in your mental health look no further than the professionals at Leon Springs Counseling & Life Coaching. I have worked with Christine Hefel to help manage the stress of marriage and managing a semi blended family with the challenges it comes with. She has helped me as an an individual, my husband and I both for our marriage and our children individually. As we have transitioned into different seasons of life I have continued to maintain focus on my my mental health and even though I now live in the Houston area I make the drive to work with her.
