Mark is a graduate of the University of California and Loyola Law School. He is licensed to appear in all California State and Federal Courts. Mark is a State Bar Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation and is an active member of the California Applicant Attorneys' Association. Mark is a second generation Applicant attorney, along with his father who was a pioneer in prosecuting Applicants' claims starting in the mid 1960's.

I've been leaving messages and calling for some time now.The person answering the phone is being influenced by office chatter .This is my career and life .hope mr Mark Ufkes listens to his recorded conversations between me and his phone receptionist. On 11/30/21 quote he sayied to me "I'm manning the phones nobody is available to speak with you as he refers to me as Inspector Gadget..while laughing.

Mark and Vincent are the best , my insurance company played all the tricks and made my life miserable but when Mark got a hold of them they stop playing and started paying . Mark fought for me the whole way, he told me everything that was happening and explained how things work, this made it easy to follow and understand. If you want the best service out there hands down, Ufkes and Bright will go above and beyond for you. I was injured at work and through the entire process I was updated with info on my case by Mark and his team of supreme beings. I thought my case would drag on and on but Mark was able to settle my case within 6 months and my settlement was bigger then expected. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to pay my bills but Mark was able to keep me on state disability.
