I recently transitioned to Property minder from a previous CRM dedicated to real estate. The outreach options, quality and customer support are so superior to the previous CRM it was important to share. The introductory training is broad based and moves quickly with everything supported in detail through backup materials that are e-mailed. The trainer, Jason, is prompt, engaging and thorough. We have been with PropertyMinder for several years and they are AMAZING! If you are REALLY SERIOUS about having a Real Estate website that ROCKS, there is no better company out there! In this day and age of companies on the internet, especially those that specialize in the internet like a website building company... reaching an actual real live person is very frustrating! Not with PropertyMinder. The support is AWESOME! When I call in for technical help, for example... I am not kept on hold and then hung-up on like other companies (no names... but they are out there)... I get help and so fast sometimes

Have had this website for 15+ years, gives clients all current/valid information on the local MLS. Example: Met a couple at an open house 3 years ago, said they wanted to wait a while to purchase a home, but still wanted me to send them info on active properties for sale. They were on an auto email drip for homes for sale. 3 YEARS later they called me and told me they were ready to purchase and loved the fact that I kept them informed with my website!

This review is only for Jason Bergh, one of the website techs. He went above and beyond to help me rebuild my site. I have been with PropertyMinder since 2007 and was still on their old platform. I was pretty upset that the platform doesn't automatically update - how am I supposed to know when they update their platform in order to call in and ask for the update to be applied for my site? Anyhow, two stars for PropertyMinder but five stars for Jason.

This company solicited me to use their services. I signed up. I paid by the month (about $70.00 per month) for about a year for their services. I never had time to do the things they asked me to do to set up my site. As a result, my site never went live. This was my fault as I did not have the time or perhaps even the skills to do what they asked. This was not apparent when signing up. It was just too much of a time drain for me. So after a year of paying I asked to discontinue, knowing I would never have the time. Understanding that I received ZERO benefit from my association with them
