Dr. Alani and her Team are amazing. Great client service, professional and warm. Was referred to Dr. Alani and have been visiting her and her team for the last 5 years and had nothing but wonderful experiences. Her credentials and expierence made the choice very easy. I am so glad people are sharing their experience at this office I didn’t want to be the one to be negative but now I will share mine I came in for a New Patient exam and Xrays I gave them my insurance information prior to my appointment so when I arrived at my appointment the assistant brought me and did everything when I got ready to check out the front desk lady mentioned my insurance wasn’t verified so I would have to pay out of pocket and then they will reimburse me I told her I gave the information to you ahead of time so Im not paying anything out of pocket she was very rude about it

After many years of skipped dentist checkups, I finally started taking care of my oral hygiene with Dr. Terri. Today was my second visit for a routine cleaning. The staff are professional yet endearing, the office is clean and comfortable, and appointments seem to be scheduled so that exposure to other patients (aka covid exposure) is minimal. I've quickly become loyal to Dr. Terri and will be a patient of hers for many years to come.

Dr. Terri Alani and staff were wonderful during my first visit to their office. I am visiting H-town at the moment when a dental filling fell off from my front tooth. I had a big hole that appeared to be black pepper stuck on. As soon as I called Dr. Alani's team, they scheduled me within a week (regardless of being a first time patient!). Dr. Alani did a wonderful job on my tooth. Dr. Alani also takes pain management very seriously and she administered the anesthesia injection without inducing any pain on my mouth. From the front office to the minute they sit you down, it’s a calm and collective atmosphere. They really take the time to know you. Very polite and will greet you by name before you even take a seat. Very welcoming and educated staff! Terri Alani is really an amazing dentist and very outgoing! I went to Dr. Alani for porcelain Lumineers and after a week with my new smile I can honestly say it has been the best decision I have made. I have extremely sensitive teeth but Dr Alani made sure that any discomfort was resolved in the end. Very helpful, attentive staff as well.

Dr. Alani is a very nice lady. But...my teeth are ruined. I received invisalign through her. My teeth were filed croocked. I now have gaps in my teeth that I didn't have before. So now I have food getting stuck in my teeth all the time. I'm so sad that I paid thousands of dollars to have my teeth ruined. Go to an orthodontist for invisalign!

This review is way over due, but I'll still let you know. I went in for a cleaning and they called me before to verify my information and confirmed the cleaning was cover 100% by the insurance. While cleaning the dental hygienists decided I needed a deep cleaning, without consent she processed and decide to add it to the services which they were trying to make me pay $120 for a cleaning that I'd get for free anywhere regardless if it was a deep clean or not. Doing a procedure without consent is illegal from my knowledge. This dentist is just money hungry and will break ethical laws to

I cannot say enough about Dr. Alani, her practice and her staff. Dr. Alani provided me with beautiful porcelain veneers I could not have been more pleased with the result. Her staff is the very best at cleaning and checkups. But the reason I love this Dr. and her staff, happened this morning. I tripped and fell on my face the beautiful veneer in front took most o the impact. In tears I called Dr. Alani's office and her compassionate staff told me to come right over. Miraculously the tooth was not shattered but had been dislocated, Dr. Alani dropped what she was doing and within 30 minutes

I've been going to Teri since I was 13 and she is just the best, bottom line. Everyone in her office is so nice and the hygienists are incredible. I am never uncomfortable and they are so gentle! Teri is basically a dental celebrity but so genuine when you get to know her that you'd think you've known her forever. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth, she's just the best out there! I LOVE HER!!!!! She is the BEST DENTIST I've ever been to! She was very compassionate and I didn't feel like she was rushing with me. She took her time and explained everything she was doing before she started. All the staff was involved in my care. Every person in her office has a job and they do it so smoothly that you're in and out! I went for a deep cleaning and she did a great job. This is their business model. They will tell you they called your insurance to verify your costs. You go get your dental work done. Then a month later they tell you the insurance company lied to them and bill the hell out of you. Then they tell you this happens everyday. If it happens everyday don't pretend your giving me the real cost. What they are doing is technically not illegal but very slimy.
