I'm not a person who likes to go to the dentist, but this practice is different. It has a very personal touch as a patient and just very different from what a dental practice usually is. Very friendly staff! I recommend them.

Since I've been a patient, I've been at ease more than I ever have with any other dental practice. The cookies and the lemon/mint water are a nice personal touch. Very nice.

I have been coming here for years, and I will continue. Very polite and friendly staff and Dr. Crouse is the best! I used to be afraid of the going to the dentist, but they are very great at what they do and all fear has been eliminated. Highly, highly recommend giving them a try. You’d never go back to your prior dentist!

I had such a great experience, from the moment I entered to the time I left. The staff and doctors were so professional and nice, they made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. They are very knowledgeable and are very conscious to schedule patients in a timely manner. They took good time to explain process of the services and why they are required. Overall very happy I chose them for my dental hygiene needs.

I would not give this business a single star if I could. I had an absolutely horrible experience as a client with both the dentist and the staff. Please do your research carefully before selecting a dentist. Research your dentist with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners and use the Greater Houston Dental Society as a resource to begin looking.

The ladies at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. However, I went in for a dental emergency due to my crown being misplaced on my front tooth. before I arrived I was told that the fee would be $85.00 when I arrived I was not even greeted by the doctor which I thought was going to see me, Instead it was her assistant who is also the office manager. she examined my front tooth and told me the crown was loose and the she will bond and cement the front tooth. she told me that she would being doing it. and not the doctor as it would be more money. I found Precise Dental on Yelp, and my husband and I both were thoroughly impressed with this team. Dr. Crouse is very friendly, to the point and she hired the best people to work in a dental office. I don't like going to the dentist. Any little thing that's not perfect gets under my skin. So I decided to shop around and saw the review posted here. This is good place. I'm surprised I got in within 2 days for a cleaning and checkup. A place like this should be mobbed. They get you in a chair, take some pictures of your teeth and tell you what you need. No problem.
Don't let the prior review fool you, this is a tricked out office. They use digital xrays and a sonic pick to clean your teeth. It was full of happy people that love their jobs. My only complaint was that the music

I really couldn't be happier that I found this place - they deserve the update. Precise Dental shines in areas where it matters most. They don't pacify you with video games & magazines while you wait forever. They got me in & out during my lunch break when I went in for a cleaning.
Then, not even a week later, I had to go back because my dog decided to turn my brux guard into a chew toy. I guess I should just be glad she didn't choke... but ugh, I paid 600 bucks for that thing (at my last dentist) since my insurance company wouldn't cover it.
