Syska is part of this four-party Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) to accelerate design & construction of a series of revitalization projects for St Luke's entire campus. First healthcare IPD in New York City. Designed to the rigorous GSA requirement of constructing a "100-year building" with low environment impact, Syska engineered systems that are redundant and resilient for a new 20-acre campus in south Florida.
