10/10 recommend Fuller’s for any auto needs! The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, and have resources with other businesses to make sure all your needs are met. Owen was so kind when we called from the side of the road saying we had a shattered window (from a rock on the expressway) and he said to bring the car right in and they’d see what they could do/provide solutions, no problem. This team is phenomenal and we trust all of them with our cars.

Went there today. Got the service number 1 $45. First when I parked to be vacuum. The employee had no mask on. They did not wait for me to take the kids out of the van. Started to opening the doors. One of them with no mask opened the door n put his face inside my car n sacred my kids. I did not feel safe at all (no mask).
Went it was done. The car was still dirty, did not vacuum properly and inside was still dirty. I feel like I just wasted my money.

Terrible experience at the Hinsdale location.
I called in to get a price for an oil change on the phone. I was assured the oil filter was included in the price. When I returned to pick up my car. I was shocked to see that I was indeed charged for the oil filter. There was another charge on my invoice I was not made aware of prior to leaving my car there. The young woman could not offer a sound reason for the extra charges. I feel this business is taking advantage of the good people of Hinsdale and consumers need to be aware of their shoddy business practices. I would not patronize this business

I took my truck to this place because i had engine problems and they told me nothing was wrong. I go and pick up my tr to the point where i couldn't close the door. Then i let them fix that. I go back a few days later and my brakes dont work now. They had the nerve to tell me my brakes where like that already. They literally broke my truck and tried to con me into fixing what they broke. Only reason i give them a 2 star rating is because owen is really nice.

They do great work here. The staff really knows what they are doing and they actually care about their clients.
We had a screw in one tire and ended up getting two new tires balanced and alignment done super quick and at a good price. At the same time we had a family member who had to have emergency surgery and his car needed work done. They found the issue and didn't charge us anything until we got confirmation to do the work on his car.

Owen and his team were flawless offering an impeccable level of service & quality workmanship. They were able to replace a window motor for my rear passenger door in a very timely manner. In the past, they have been exceptional with other issues. Also, I hardly recognized my car upon pick-up--given it was spotless & detailed. This only further demonstrates their commitment to outstanding service & customer retention.

I wrote the review below, and Fuller's posted the reply you see here. As you can see, they claimed they took my concern seriously and asked me to reach out. I took them up in that offer and never heard back. They may want to give the impression they care. They don't want to do the job right or do the actual caring. More than before, I believe my review is fair and accurate. - I'm not sure I would have believed that a car wash could be such a negative experience, but they somehow miss the mark in every single regard. Paid for the ultimate wash, as my car was dirty with a back seat full of dog hair from a recent road trip. They didn't so much as touch the back seat, much less actually clean it, and the drivers seat was not throughly cleaned.
Only reason they even get 2 stars is because the passenger seat, front interior and the outside of the car look pretty good. I get that they are busy but quality should not suffer because of it.
If I ever come here again (it is conveniently close to the hospital where I work), it will be for the $5.99 exterior wash and not the $45 full shebang cuz that's apparently

The staff at Fuller's is knowledgeable and very friendly. They don't take appointments, and its great to know that you can just show up and be taken care of. I've been in twice for oil changes, they are a great value if you purchase them on Groupon! I've also had brakes and transmission service done which was both speedy and affordable, much cheaper then what my dealership service center quoted. After experiencing some problems with my car, Owen was quick to help and offer great customer assistance. Highly recommend Fuller's!

This is hands down the most overrated car wash in history. I just paid $35 for a (full cleaning) not only did that not vacuum my car but they failed to even get the outside clean. I will never return to ANY fuller location. They are all run by the same people so this failure of management will be through out the the company as a whole. This place is a SCAM. If they offered to refund my money I wouldn't even go back to pick it up. This place should be shut down.

I went in for a car wash today after being told that Fullers does a great job. I paid for the most expensive(Ultimate) car wash as my car was very dirty(inside and outside) after a ski trip. The car wash was done and things appeared good and I drove home. When I got home and opened by trunk it was filthy. It didn't look like the trunk was even opened. I drove back to Fullers(thankfully I don't live too far from this location) and told the lady at the cashier that the trunk was not cleaned. She tells me that cleaning the trunk is not actually included. I was flabbergasted. I paid $38

I can only speak to the car wash and not the service center/ body shop. I thought the actual quality of the basic car wash was very good and the people working on the car seemed dedicated. I also thought the range of services was good and the time was also reasonable.
The reason I'm giving them only only three stars is because there is little in the way of direction/clarity. The business itself is unusually spread across two blocks, on either side of the street. Fuller's Service Center makes SERVICE their priority. After an ongoing and frustrating problem with my car and dealership service (or lack of service), Fuller's came to the rescue. I appreciated the time taken to hear my concerns and felt confident in their ability to locate any issues the first time. I wish I would have started at Fuller's and highly recommend their business.
