Properpix is an event, commercial, editorial photography & video studio run by Victor and Susanna, a husband and wife team who have turned love for photography into a full time business. We are based in New York, but often travel domestically & abroad for events & editorial projects. We work on most projects together but do have 5 associate photographers & videographers on our team.

We had the pleasure of working with Victor for our intimate ceremony in New York. We had the Bethesda Terrace as our first venue of choice and thanks to Victor he kindly suggested another much more intimate location which was perfect for our event. I couldn't be more happier on the outcome of the photos! The coordination was seamless and he even arranged, as part of our package, our officiant, Sarah. Wow Wow Wow! There is not enough good things that I could say to explain how satisfied I am with Victor and his wife. Victor and Susanna could not have been a better duo for our wedding! Victor took multiple calls and emails to discuss our ceremony setup and share his thoughts on the best flow of the afternoon and how to capture the best photos. Susanna shared various versions of ceremonies and allowed us to use them to create our own personalized ceremony. On the day of the event they both arrived right on time and were incredibly prompt and professional. After the ceremony, Victor gave great direction to our ceremony attendees so that we were able to move quickly through the group photos and on to couple photos

At the event: Absolutely perfect. Provided ample direction, really got into it, very fun to work with.
Afterwards: Most important of all, the photos came out amazing!!! I absolutely love the pics of me and my Fiancee. I couldn't recommend Victor more.

A day I knew would be the best day of my life was made simply unforgettable by Victor and his wife. I knew I'd have good pictures, I didn't realize how GREAT my pictures and video would be. Victor and his wife shot our wedding (photo + video), as well as our engagement shoot. We were impressed with everything- his creativity, his quick turn around, and the quality of the photos. Just the consummate professional, extremely gifted and perhaps most importantly, Victor is a genuinely good guy- honest, patient, and truly enjoys his craft. An all-around excellent experience without a single hiccup, which is rare in the wedding business. Don't hesitate to hire this guy, his services are worth easily 2x what he charges (raise your prices my man, you're easily amongst the best!)

Victor is absolutely AMAZING! I hired Victor for my pre-engagement photo shoot and he is one of the vendors I did not have to worry about AT ALL. Not only is his work breath taking, he is very professional and stays in contact with his clients. Being out of state, he was attentive and gave amazing recommendations on day, time, and locations for the shoot. He pays attention to what his clients are looking for and delivers that in a very fast manner. His dedication and love for photography is clear through his photos and sessions. My Husband and I hired Victor and his wife Susanna for our wedding May 20th at Westbury Manor. Not only were they kind and courteous, as well as patient, they were absolute professionals! My husband and I hired Victor from ProperPix for our June 4th wedding and were thrilled with our photos! We have tons of beautiful candid photos of our guests, family, and friends sharing sweet moments through out the day. His photo journalistic style is perfect for what we wanted as we did not want 500 cheesy posed photos. I am so happy that my wife found Victor. He should be the definition of a good photographer, professional, courteous and reliable.
