Ben and his team have lived up to the high expectations and have been a joy to work with. Good communication, excellent craftsmanship, and a project supervisor I'd happily adopt (except I'm pretty sure his folks might object!) We were even gone for 16 days, during one of the most critical phases of the project, and left confident all would be well.

We hired them in October since they said they could get the job done by Christmas. It is March 16th and they still haven’t finished the job. They installed a faulty hood in January and knew it didn’t work then and still haven’t resolved it. They try to overcharge you and give no explanation for their bills. They installed windows that LEAK! They tried to not put I. Insulation, their electrician did some very questionable things, that my father and I spent hours trying to fix. They never communicate until you get on top of them.

Small job for Fackler Cons., but a big concern for us. Ray led us through the process; what might be discovered, expected cost, etc. Turned out to be a leak and water damage affecting the lower corner of a window, the trim and siding. Caleb and Dillon did the repair in half a day! Excellent service and guidance through this whole experience. Left the worksite clean. I will gladly use Fackler Construction on any future work we need done on our home.

Fackler Construction Company recently completed work on enclosing my carport and adding a storage shed to the back of my home. I could not be more pleased with the results. The modifications appear to have been part of the original architectural plan and have enhanced the appearance of my home. In addition, the quality and attention to detail were superb. It has been a pleasure working with this company.
