Through my experiences, education and the sum-total of all things I've learned over the years; I am encouraged and motivated to reach out and help others to find their own level of peace, harmony and inner healing. I learned, that when we move too far away from our own center (or our own sense of North) - where we find ourselves compromising who we are far too many times.

You see, no matter what religion you subscribe to or not, it really doesn't matter. When you move away from your own "North", that's when trouble begins. The further you navigate away from who you truly are as an individual (and change for the sake of others or do things that you know do not reflect who you really are or what you really want from life), and that's when turmoil sets in.
I am a native New Yorker, born and raised there (and yes, I still have my NY accent). I am a 2-time Veteran, having served in the US Navy and Air Force with a 16-year break-in-service in between both enlistments. I have since retired-out of the Air Force in 2014. In between my two enlistments with the military, I was married, had three daughters, was divorced, learned the hard way how to effectively co-parent our children.
