When I was there they were always in my apartment without warning or my permission. They raised my rent when the pool was down all summer. Tenant was SUPER rude!!!! I had to go to the bank and show proof where my check cleared to them for my move in deposit and they refused to give it back to me when I moved out even after I showed them the check cleared to them (they claimed I did not pay it and apartment was left in excellent condition). Management called me to apologize, but never offered to refund my deposit so I have to let everyone know how they do business!

First I got here and moved to the property, I must say firstly over all look, ambiance,space and comfort I’v experience in my first visit already decided to moved here. I spent an year and it was relaxing and peace of mind for me to living in willow bayou, front desk staff never let me down over all and always there to take care any issue.
Appartment space, design and view everything is awesome and value of money. 😇❤️
Well! I’ve personal reason to moved out otherwise if I’m staying in Bossiercity i’would never ever move to any other property. Their is no way!

Worst customer service. I had two payments come out in one month and when I asked for them to put one of the payments back into my account due to being a single parent of 4 kids. They said that it would take 60 days and that they would prorate it for the next month. When I told them that I needed that money to feed my kids she just said there was nothing she could do. When I moved out I never received any notice of payments for any damages. Its been 4 months since i moved out and i am just now receiving a collection notice saying i owed over 300.00. When I called the apartment complex to ask them

I lived at The Landing at Willow Bayou for a little over two years, and to be very honest, I would absolutely NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone. The issues that I encountered as a resident of The Landing, seemed to be constant, which made living there a complete nightmare. As I moved from a different state, I did not actually get to see my apartment until my move in day. In my opinion, the pictures on the website made it look much nicer than it actually was. During my time as a resident there, "renovations" were going on. This consisted of cheap looking granite being installed in the kitchen

Lived there a little over 2 1/2 years. Never had a bad experience. The women in the front office are more than outstanding. As well as, the rest of the staff. Very pet friendly place. Good neighborhood/community. As military, would recommend to other members looking for a place a little ways from work, but not too far.

They have a beautiful, clean property with amazing neighbors. The management is wonderful and they really make you feel like family. The grounds are always kept clean and the buildings are washed regularly. I have lived here for a year now and I have had no complaints or troubles. I really recommend this place for those who want a safe, friendly environment.
