Michelle E. Roberson earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in both Business Economics and Law & Society. She acquired her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. Ms. Roberson's practice has concentrated in complex civil litigation. However, she has a range of experience in a variety of matters from complex divorce matters to 42 U.S.C. 1983 actions.
Civil litigation is our passion. The complexities that often arise from contract disputes, business transactions, landlord and tenant issues, and other similar matters can often be overwhelming for many attorneys who are not litigators.
