Services
Individual counseling is provided to adolescents, and adults. These sessions are with an individual client and clinician. It is intended to set goals for treatment that address things that the client wants to accomplish in order to improve their quality of living. Some issues that are addressed include anxiety, depression, stress management, developing healthy eating habits, sleep hygiene, and time management.
