Schedule a free consultation we will chat about your goals and see if personal training would be the best avenue for you. We're kind of obsessed with getting people actionable results and cannot wait to see what is possible for you! The gym is the healthcare of the future. There is no one-size-fits all prescription for healthy eating.
The calendar contains Lagniappe Fitness's classes they allow drop-ins to attend. You can select as many classes as you'd wish to attend, and your fee will be adjusted accordingly. Express assumption of risk: I, the undersigned, am aware that there are significant risks involved in any physical training regimen.
This is probably the biggest misconception when it comes to joining a Fitness gym. A lot of people can be intimidated at first, but they often find out that it's a massive amount of fun! We have members of all ages and at varying levels of physical fitness. The best thing about CrossFit programming is that it is infinitely scale-able.

I started crossfit about 9 months ago and am hooked. If you are hesitant to come give it a try, Saturday's are always free and there's usually a great crowd there to cheer you on. Chandler, Ali, and Jackson are amazing coaches. They focus on form and safety first and push you to be your best each day. On top of coaching crossfit, they all take the time to get to know you as a person. It is cliche to say, but Lagniappe Crossfit is truly a great community that welcomes all who want to come in and work hard.

Just joined this. super excited. I thought for sure that it might be too hard, but its perfect. I need to get into shape, but not kill myself. I can appreciate the trainers and their knowledge, and when I leave here in the mornings? I feel rejuvenated. thank you. I will review again when the six week challenge is over. thank YOU.
