Services
Be the preferred destination for professional soft tissue intervention in an emotionally safe environment. We are Thomas (Tom) and Na Shao (Hanna). We are both Florida State licensed massage therapists serving the Avalon Park area of Orlando, although some customers drive as long as an hour for their appointments.
Your massage session is planned specifically for you and is based on assessment of your individual needs and desired outcome. Therefore, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, as well as TMJ Dysfunction Therapy are equally priced. Furthermore, the session duration you select is what you receive.

My husband and I just moved to the area and started going to get massages at Intervention Massage. The are the best at massages, everyone there are very professional and really knows what they are doing . We go weekly for massages and have gotten massages from everyone. We recently moved to our new home out of the area but continue to come back weekly because they are that good . We highly recommend going there .

The staff at this location exemplify professionalism, which is matched by their talent and skill. Every therapist I've had the pleasure of having a massage from has left me feeling in less pain, more relaxed, and wishing I had more time left on the clock. Their knowledge and attention to detail really set them apart from other, typical massage spas. I cannot wait to come back into town to receive a massage, and trust - it is worth a trip from Tampa!

I can be a little critical when it comes to massages. I was a therapist at one point myself, so I have a certain expectation. Unfortunately zero boxes were checked on my massage with nancy here. It was less of a massage and more a pushing tapping and stretching fest, which are all fine but also all are no replacement for a real massage. I went in with some serious shoulder pain which I mentioned 5 times, and during the 90 min. Massage she spent a solid 10 minutes of time on my shoulders. She found the roller and never came back. This was the only massage I couldnt wait to end. What a waste of time

I'm a regular customer. I've been to this place since they just bought them from the previous owner. I like Tom and Hannah. They're great massage therapists who listen to you and your needs. The price is reasonable. They recently updated the foot reflexology room where you and your friend enjoy the foot massage privately. They also repainted the wall with gray color and give you the nice and relaXing spa like feel. I love coming here. Recommend it to my friends and family.

If you have not had a massage at Intervention, you are missing out. They are FANTASTIC. I have chronic pain from a car accident and I took my mother in law who has chronic pain from spinal stenosis. We both left feeling like new people. The service is amazing, so professional, everything is clean and organized. They communicate so well, constantly checking in to make sure that you feel comfortable and they are using the right level of pressure. I will be going back frequently and I'm so glad we have this gem here in Avalon. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve visited chain massage parlors in the past and after today’s visit I will never do that again. The massage here was amazing, Nancy really worked all the knots and tension off my body, I was blown away by the techniques and care I was provided. I’m really glad my wife recommended me this place off a Facebook review in our community page of Avalon Park. I’m on my feet all day and have lower back problems, but today was simply amazing. I will be definitely coming back, and booking with Nancy who does a phenomenal job with deep tissue massage, really impressed. Highly recommended.

I went with a friend of mine for a little pampering when they originally opened. Their prices were reasonable and had many options whether you're short on time and just want a quick foot massage to a full body experience.
My only complaint would be the lack of privacy with these types of places. The lights are dim and it's a calm and quiet environment but I can't say I'd be super relaxed if there were several other people around me. On the occasion I went it was just my friend and I so I didn't have to worry at that point.
