I don't write to many reviews but I feel like I must . Dr Clibon is not only one of the best dentist he's also one of the best humans I know. He's been taking great care of my teeth for several years now and its always been a great experience . I will always send my family and friends to his office, His staff are also 5 stars .

When our longtime dentist finally retired, we went through a couple different dental offices who were more concerned about our insurance than our teeth. Then we discovered Heritage Family Dentist, less than a mile from our house. We found they had great dentists, hygienists and staff. They are all super friendly, on top of being good at their jobs, so that's a bonus! Christy has been super helpful with all the insurance paperwork, which is always great. I been coming here for years as well as my family. They are very friendly BUT Most importantly the Dr. and staff make sure you are Comfortable. I know it’s scary coming to the dentist sometimes but they really take care of you. Also they are very clean and for me that’s very important. I have been going to Dr Clibon for about 10 years His whole office is very friendly and efficient. I just had a crown done on a tooth that had a crack in it for a couple years. It was extremely sensitive, but Dr Clibon was so patient and took the extra time to stop for more novocaine on several occasions to ensure I was comfortable and it turned out great.

I have been going for the Heritage Family Dental for 20+ years. I never had a bad experience in any of my visits … and believe me, I had so many visits beyond the twice a year cleaning and checkup. The doctors, the nurses, and all staff are fantastic; they give you a feel of being a family member, with their caring , respect, and thoughtful follow up. If you are looking for a family dental office, I highly recommend them. When you go there and meet Dr. Clibon, ask him what was special about the front teeth crowns he had to replace for me 20 years ago!

Christie, whatever her name is at the front is the worse office manager I have ever experienced. This lady is so rude and unprofessional. She has the worse attitude and manners, how can someone like this work with people???? The doctor and staff is nice except her. I don't know where all these good reviews are coming from because this lady is the first one you interact with when you come in. Never coming back here again.

I went for a routine dental cleaning which is fully covered by my insurance. They did an x-ray which was not necessary. I was told x-ray is covered by my insurance. But they did x-ray twice in the same year, which is not covered by my insurance. When I called billing department, the lady who handles the billing was very rude. I requested her, that I would like to talk to your manager or the doctor, and she did not want to pass the phone. She mentioned they have 3000 patients and was fine in loosing me as a patient and any of my reference too.

I feel like they should feature the review I'm about to write lol. I've been coming here for the past 8-9 years, and, get this - I've lived in Kentucky for the last 4.5. If THAT doesn't tell you how good they are, I'll explain further. I have extremely sensitive teeth, but they make sure (and it's noted in my file) to not spray water or air directly on my teeth and they make sure I don't feel anything if I need anything more than a cleaning (only 1-2x ever). I have been a patient of Dr. Clibon for several years and his disposition and demeanor is extremely professional and the office staff is very nice. I would give 6 stars if it were an option. Also, my husband has been a patient here since Dr. Clibon began his practice in Irvine. Keep up the good work.

Dr Clibon cares little for patients or even his practice. When you call the office and ask to speak to him, the receptionist or manager says he won't talk to you about the issue you are having. Really!?!? What kind of dentist does that? At my last exam, he was barely in the room for a minute and then walked out...so obviously, I had some questions.
You spend a bunch of time with the hygienist, mine was Becky who was nice, but the doc has no regard for patient questions.

Dr. Clibon is a kind and caring dentist. He always makes the experience of getting dental work as calm and fearless as it can be. He is also very reasonable in the approach he takes to treating people. Not too conservative or aggressive while keeping up with the latest technology. Becky is a great hygienist too. She works so well with Dr. Clibon and makes quick work of her job. While the office itself isn't the fanciest place, you will never feel like a cog in a machine here.

Rushes through exams and doesn't really pay attention to detail. The office staff is rude and the appointment making system is archaic. They do unnecessary procedures and don't document or chart properly such that from one visit to the next, you have to explain in detail what you are there for, why you are there, and what was discussed last time.
Worst part is, Dr Clibon doesn't seem to care. He doesn't come on the phone or return calls (as I tried to discuss with him prior to posting this). I've visited this office at least 10 times in the last three to four years

What can I say? This dentist... And his staff... Are absolutely incredible. They make me feel comfortable and in well trusted hands as they work on my teeth. It's been a long time since I've been great with my smile and happy to do so... And they make me feel fantastic that now I have a smile that I'm proud of...

After having a rather horrendous experience at another dentist (previous reviewed), I was in search of a new one, and Dr. Clibon was recommended to me by a friend. Not wanting to have a repeat of last time, I was able to chat with Dr. Clibon, told him what I was looking for in a dentist, and he was very upfront, but polite, and listened, without interrupting me (unlike my previous dentist), so I decided to go forward with the new patient exam, followed by a cleaning, and the fillings that the last dentist didn't think I needed. I can say I am completely relaxed with Dr. Clibon, and his office
