The specific benefits my clients seek vary widely, and they are often pleased and surprised to find therapy enhancing OTHER aspects of life in addition to the particular one that brought them to therapy. Here are some of the things people are looking for when they begin therapy or counseling. It's generally accepted that a newborn baby deserves extraordinary love and care NOT because it looks or acts a certain way, but simply because it is IS.
I did not know it was possible for me to feel good. Now I feel good almost all the time. I did not know it was possible for any human being to feel good most of the time - much less, me! A gift you have given me is the strength to find out who I am. Your support, sensitivity, warmth, and suggestions have been a lifesaver to me in my time of need.
Fees and Finances:My fee is $120 per 55 minute session, and $60 per 25 minute session. For clients who are un or under-insured, I have a sliding scale they can use if needed. I am not "in network" on any insurance or HMO panels, but I do file and receive direct reimbursement for insurance that is not network limited, or for insurance that has "out of network" benefits.
