If you're considering counseling, you're likely looking for help in an area that is causing distress. We would like to help you find answers to help you feel better. The first step is to contact us and either set up an appointment, or ask questions. This can be a scary step for some, but it is this first courageous step that gets things going to get you un-stuck.
There won't be pressure if you only want to ask questions--that's fine. If you do make an appointment, the goal during our first meeting will be to understand you and your situation, and then to plan what to do from there. You are never locked into coming if it does not work for you for some reason.
