Our in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program provides evidence-based treatment for children with autism and other intellectual disabilities. The strength of our program is attributed to our diverse team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and their active participation with every family.

Our In-Home Mental Health program provides intensive strengths-based services to children, adolescents and families. All our home-based clinicians are master's degree educated professionals who receive hands-on supervision from a team of licensed clinicians.
Services
As a medical, psychiatric and community nurse, Anne Stockbridge, founder of Family Priority, developed expertise in helping children challenged with emotional and behavioral disorders. Her counseling career afforded her a wealth of experience in providing intensive in-home services to families who needed care, assistance and, most importantly, compassion.
Family Priority, a leading provider of ABA services in Virginia, has expanded to the Richmond region. Our highly qualified staff consists of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and behavior assistants. We provide evidenced-based interventions that are individualized to meet the unique needs of each child.

This program provides intensive, time-limited in-home services for children and adolescents under the age of 21 who are at risk of being moved into an out-of-home placement or are being transitioned to home from an out-of-home placement.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the method of scientifically applying interventions based upon the basic principles of learning theory to assess and treat maladaptive behaviors, improve socially significant behaviors to a meaningful degree, and to demonstrate, through data collection, that the interventions implemented are responsible for the change in behavior.
