Services
Behavioral therapy is an effective form of intervention for many behavioral and emotional problems. It takes place in the home, school, or community. The aim is to modify a person's behavior to change the frequency, severity and intensity of behaviors. Ideally, we provide modeled interventions for the family as necessary tools to continue the plan and modify behavior on an ongoing basis.
Cogmed Working Memory Training is a home-based program that helps children with attention problems by training and increasing their working memory capacity. Clinically proven results demonstrate that after training, children improve their ability to concentrate, control impulsive behavior and better utilize complex reasoning skills.
Is your child falling behind in school because they are having trouble focusing or sitting still, or are often caught daydreaming? Are you noticing that you're spacing out and unable to focus on everyday tasks at work? There are many reasons why someone may have difficulty focusing.

Of course, we also understand that there may be a concern as to whether or not a member of your family could actually have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).It's important to recognize the signs and symptoms of ADHD either in yourself or your child or teen.
Group Objective: To develop greater social and self-awareness, promote positive social relationship building; and improve self-image. Group Objective: Create an opportunity for group members to find common strengths and resources to manage difficult social situations and make healthy lifestyle choices.
There are many reasons why someone may turn to a Psychologist or Psychiatrist for therapy, whether due to grief over losing a loved one or because of relationship problems. People can benefit from mental health therapy, better known as psychotherapy, whether they choose to do it to address a short-term issue or they decide to undergo therapy to help them with a long-term problem such as depression or anxiety.

Saw one doctor there who left the practice. They didn't bother to follow up with us or even let us know. Then charged us $35 to get the records (for two sessions) sent over to the doctor's new practice.

What a useless group of people. my father called here looking for help for my mother, Who has had a Trumatic brain injury and is seriously suffering as a result of it. we received this place upon recommendation from another counselor. When my dad talked to the receptionist, to say she was nothing short of rude is a gross understatement. She told my dad that, “oh we can’t help your wife here” (...excuse me????) my dad then asking for a recommendation and she refused to give him one. what kind of place is this? The people that work here should be ashamed of themselves, and believe me karma

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
I have been with Dr. Paggi since 9th grade and she has helped me balance my life and medications so that I can succeed in college. I am allergic to many prescriptions or have adverse reactions. She had me do testing early on and now is able to establish medications that work for bipolar and Tourette's syndrome. I would go nowhere else.

This group deserved ZERO stars. Don't work with Dr. Soushan Campbell, not that the rest are better but they are dishonest and non-responsive. Dr. Campbell misconstrued information she shared with opposing counsel, allowing my ex-husband to hurt me in court for something I never said or requested. She said I requested that she works with the courts and opposing counsel issued accusations and Dr. Campbell wouldn't respond to my emails, nor retract the statement I never made. If a therapist is DISHONEST, they will not help your family nor your child!! Use at your own risk.

One star is GENEROUS. I have been left with a traumatizing experience following Dr. Paggi's reckless care. Now as an adult I have serious trust issues with psychiatrists and long term side effects from the extremely high doses of medications I was prescribed as a minor against my will by Dr. Paggi. I informed her of my side effects and she never listened as I was just the "troubled 14 year old" and continuously upped my dosage of Cymbalta and Abilify (both two medications that were completely WRONG for my diagnosis) until our family decided to go with another practice. Cymbalta was not even approved

I find it unacceptable that a provider is selected for our child based upon a voicemail you leave for perspective new patients. We specifically did not provide details as this is a complex discussion and not a 5 second decision. If this is the level of concern and attention we should expect than I will find another practice.

Dr Tao is a MD that does not do the job of an MD. Dr Tao only cares about getting appointments on her schedule while Dr Tao does as little work as possible. Dr Tao will make you schedule appointments every three to four weeks for 30 minutes and $160 dollars’ cash! (No insurance accepted), when she is only doing 15-minute medicine checks that can be done every three months and if this is not dishonest enough she will lie and break patient confidentiality to protect herself. Dr Tao moves every few years from practice to practice, so there is a pattern of her being a bad Doctor.

What makes this practice a great place to seek treatment is that administrative staff are helpful and considerate in addition to the high quality mental health professionals. Both of the psychiatrists my son has seen there were thoughtful and listened carefully. They were also open and responsive to electronic communication, which is very helpful when you're a working parent trying to manage a mentally ill child's care. Agree with a previous poster that they take a measured and analytical approach to pediatric psychopharmacology. I have recommended this practice to other parents needing help for

They deal with sensative situations well.
They are honest with solutions and problems.
As long as you believe that medicine is a science and not just witchcraft, you should have no problem with this place.

I wish I could give this group zero stars. The psychologist (Horowitz) was judgmental and her write up did not accurately reflect the background information we provided. Hence her conclusions were suspect because they were based on background and history she made up. She referred us to a psychiatrist (Oksana) in the practice who was only interested in providing medications. She promised we would see immediate benefits but when we didn't notice anything positive, but only negative effects of the medication (the child was literally pulling his hair out) she gave a bunch of excuses and up the dosage
