I ordered carry out and when I arrived my order was not done. I got there 5 minutes before they said, 20 minutes later I get my food and when I got home I realized the order was wrong. I called to complain and received attitude about the situation from management. Very unprofessional establishment its surprising they are still open. The food is mediocre at best

This place is excellent if you enjoy waiting for your food for over an hour, just to receive it incorrectly made. the sausage looked like burnt feces, not to mention i’m highly allergic to pork and that’s not what i ordered, the staff was rude when we asked to have it made the right way, and refused to correct the situation, do better

My experience was less than appealing. If I could go back in time to a moment when I never knew this place existed, I would do everything differently. I waited for an hour alone with my scary thoughts, waiting for the moment I could sink my teeth into some fire yummy yum pizza, and y'all let me down hard, I recieved the wrong order and they locked me out and refused to correct the mistake , i hope your holidays are less than merry. I'll never support this business again.

It's a real shame. I paid $65 for 2 pies of pizza for pickup. 1 had green peppers, mushroom and pepperoni. The other was plain. The pizza was not bad but not for the price I had to pay. I get people have to make a living however this is ridiculously OVER priced. It's not top quality products being used. These are NYC prices in the middle of nowhere. Now I understand why were no prices on pizza on the menu. I also had a little discussion with the owner about it. He kept trying to justify the prices. I would have been a repeat customer. I'll never go there again.

Ordered a pizza. Over 2.5 hours to get delivered. Called at 2 hrs after order and person on phone was rude, when inquiring, pizza cold. I guess they just don't care anymore, been a customer for over 15 yrs

We started with delicious bread and flavored oil, before our bruschetta appetizer arrived. Bruschetta was very flavorful and pleased everyone. We each tried different entrees. Hands down winner was the thin crust pizza with the cannoli being a close second. Wait staff provided excellent service despite out late arrival. Very pleased. Would definitely return regularly if we lived in the area.

Missed photos of the appetizers but... shrimp de jhonge needs more garlic and less bread, bruschetta had cheese which is different, but it was good, and garlic bread was okay.
Service is slow but Nicki is amazing! Took great care of us.
Wine options great and very reasonably priced.
Food is okay. Nothing to rave about but maybe we are spoiled with options.
All in all, great for the local. Love how sweet and friendly the service but definitely needs improvement.

Hate to give low reviews to local places, but Costa's pizza has been a disappointment the half dozen times I've carried out. Crust is often too soggy. Cheese coverage is way to heavy handed. Sauce is far too sweet. The thin crust option is respectable for small town pizza but the "pan" is enough to sink their rating for me. Head down the road to Hairy Cow or to Alfanos in Oregon instead.

Saro and Robin did the best job ever with our wedding catering over the weekend. When Covid-19 came into play they reached out to me to assure us that they would be there to help us with our wedding food still. We had several changes come up due to laws and all sorts of restrictions from our Governor. They rolled with every punch with a professional approach and the food was AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend for your catering events.

Just enjoyed a pizza that we ordered and picked-up through their drive-up window. They're offering free beer nuggets with every pizza order tonight. This meal was amazing! The pizza was topping filled and full of flavor! The beer nuggets were hot, fresh and came with a cup of marinara dipping sauce. We will most definitely be returning to try the rest of their menu.

The food is a hit or miss. We got 2 classic style pizzas that were pretty good, except that the crust was soggy in the middle. We also had the BBQ chicken and buffalo chicken pizzas, which were both horrible--too much sauce. The Costa salad was ok, just all iceberg lettuce and no green lettuce. The St. Louis rack of ribs were amazing! The pasta side was mediocre. The cheesy garlic bread was also good. The Italian wine we ordered was good as well. The walleye was mediocre.

Been coming here since I was a kid. Practically grew up here. Food has always been the best in Byron. They do not cheap out on ingredients. Just had them cater my wedding reception. Every one could not quit talking about how amazing the food was. Price was almost half what we were expecting. Could not have had a better caterer. Would give them 10 starts if I could. Great job Costas!!!!

We'll we went here again to give them another opportunity to impress. We've recently moved to town and there are not a lot of eating choices. So we trolled them again. Again the service was terrible. There were 6 of us eating. The first two were served and finished before the other 4 were served. Attentiveness of the male server was terrible. The food seems to be consistently good here and the service consistently bad. Their carry out pizza is great. Food good. Otherwise not so good.

Costa's catered our daughter's wedding at Kilbuck Creek. We had compliments from many of our guests on how wonderful the food was. We offered a chicken/steak/vegetarian option and had rave reviews on all. They also helped with some gluten free/special food requests. Thank you Saro and Robin for making our wedding a special day!

We went to Costa's on Thursday May 11, 2017 for dinner. We had an appetizer of Brushetta which was very good. Bread was slightly toasted and if they wanted to improve the sweetness a tad, they could add balsamic vinegar. But it was a good appetizer. Next we had the Costa salad. It was tasty, but nothing out of this world. Average in taste with just iceberg lettuce. No Romaine or endive. We the ordered the Freshetta pizza. Thin crust. But this is where the disappoint came. It was thin and crispy but had no char marks or baking marks. It was very pale and tasted of plain flour and water. the

Whenever I go to Byron Illinois , I try to get a pizza from here . These pictures are from a recent family gathering for my birthday . The order and delivery process is smooth and the delivery time is phenomenally fast.
My first experience goes way back , the quality has never changed and has always left me completely satisfied.
Cannot wait to order a pizza again when I'm in the Byron area .

When you live in, or near, Chicago, the general rule of thumb is that there are no good pizza joints out of the area. Most times it's unfortunately very true, but then you have Costa's out in Byron.
They make a super great thin crust that will rival most good pizza places here in the city. Their sausage, mushroom, green pepper and onion - can't forget those! - is my absolute favorite! And so good, we find ourselves polishing off any left overs a little later.
We head down to this area about once a year, and although have ventured out to other places, this is hands down the best

I was here with my wife for a wedding rehearsal dinner. They did pretty well with serving the 30 of us, although it took quite a while to get the drink orders down. The food was all pretty good.
Dinner Bread - Decent, but would be better warmed
Salad - Great flavor, but way too many olives!
Pizza - Awesome, no complaints!
Various Pastas - Nothing special here. Tasted like boxes of cheap store pasta with cans of Ragu pasta sauce.
This is definitely not authentic Italian, but it's not a bad stop. I can't comment on the price since our meal was paid for!

At first glance, Costa's is your typical small town Italian joint, nothing too fancy. The restaurant has a large dining area and bar, and next to the bar is the obligatory pizza delivery complete with a drive through pick-up window. While the pizza is pretty decent, the pasta and other food is mediocre at best. I've had several disappointments with the food. If you're dining at the restaurant, service leaves much to be desired, so be prepared for a lackluster dining experience. I strongly recommend sticking with the pizza if you don't want to be disappointed.
