Fraudulence is how they keep their business afloat. I was told initially that my insurance would cover my entire procedure. So I enthusiastically did it. Then They told me “by the way your insurance doesn’t cover it. Oh and those nice girls up front who said your procedure would be covered, turns out they’re not so great so we fired them. Their incompetence though, is gonna cost you and not us because it is in no way our fault even though we hired them”.
Edit: they also threatened to send my bill to collection without any empathy. It’s scary like they’ve definitely have done this before

Don't care about the patient at all just putting money in their pockets. Gave me an estimate of services without checking with insurance and was off by $600!! Hack of a dentist attempts starting a crown *on his first day!!* ends up screwing it up because he didn't even look at my x-rays. I was told that they would be refunding me "some" money but instead I get another bill.

Booked an appointment well in advance because everyone knows how hard it is for a dentist appointment these days. They call me the day before my appointment and say they need to reschedule because they are short staffed. Reschedule for another well in advance appointment then what the same thing? I think not. Just unacceptable

I had a scheduled appointment months in advance. They texted me to confirm my appointment. I did text back the day before to confirm my appointment and I got a text message thanking me for confirming my appointment. When I got there that morning for my appointment they told me they would have to reschedule my appointment, they are short staffed and dont have anyone to do me. That was so crazy. I've been there a patient for years. I told her I'm not rescheduling and left. Terrible service . I will find me another dental office.

HHD is the best. Clean environment, fun and friendly staff, and they offer great guidance. My teeth always feel so fresh when I leave.
I have experienced a lot of billing issues at past dentist offices but I have not had a single issue with HHD, and I have been going there for about 3 years. Its amazing how many providers do not understand billing/ insurance. So weird.
They also laugh at my jokes, and my jokes aren't even funny. I appreciate that. 5 stars.

The staff was Extremely professional when I entered the practice. The new staff at this office is exceptionally professional and made me feel at home! Dr. Y, was very friendly and very knowledgeable and gave me the best 2 options for me. I was able to think about it when I went home and called back and scheduled to get my treatment completed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Yelisetty and Harbison Hill Dentistry if you're looking for a née dental home in the Irmo, SC area.

These are good and caring people --- makes me almost want to go to the dentist; ok, not really. But, all jokes aside, if you're looking for a great dentist in a super location (Harbison Blvd), give these folks a shot! Ive never waited beyond 15 minutes from my scheduled appointment to get back to see someone; and, I have always felt like I got straight and clear answers on treatment options and cost.

I was new to the area and in need of an urgent dental visit! I wasn’t expecting to be seen so quickly but received an appointment the next day! The staff were friendly and professional and the office was very nice! So thankful I was able to find the right team being new to the area. Dr. Adam’s and her team exceeded my expectations!

Moved here from Maryland and was fortunate to find Dr. Adams and Harbison Hill Dentistry. Shelby was helpful with explaining pricing options and services that are available. Mary did a great job with the cleaning. Dr. Adams recommended some work I knew were needed, but there was no pressure to get it done immediately. I was provided pricing to get work done as I was checking out. Highly recommend this Professional Dental Service.
